Good tool, good value, exemplary support
No instructions come with this tool. I complained and the reseller got back to the manufacturer. They don't provide instructions either, so hardly the reseller's fault. It is a professional tool and you are expected to have gone on a course to find out how to use it.The reseller, having discovered this, then did a search on the internet and came up with two sites:(...)These helped, but I then did a search for video showing the tool in use. I found quite a few from "krone idc installation tool" so am now happy.I can't see how either the tool could work better or the reseller could be more helpful so a full 5 stars is well justified.

Not as good as I had hoped, but perhaps that is just my lack of skill or training. In the end I found it easier to use a simple metal ended tool and cut off the spare ends with a small sharp knife. The small plastic tools are useless by the way. If you need one of these you also need a simple tester.

It has a nice feel to it. Solid, clean cutting, should last well.I would recommend this tool for proffessional use.

Cheap and cheerful piece of kit which is no better or worse than other offerings on Amazon. Does what it says on the tin.

How to correctly use this tool
This is an excellent tool. It is very easy to use and gives great results. Just like a professional. If anyone has questions about how to correctly use this tool, a good idea is to visit Youtube where there are numerous videos showing how to correctly use this tool. Hope this helps

Identical to the cheaper ones elsewhere
Ignore what the blurb says - this tool is identical to the cheap ones elsewhere on Amazon for half the price. I bought it looking for something a bit better than the cheapest ones, and was disappointed.

not quite as good as expected no problems with delivery,prefered my original tool. i would certainly use this site again for any other products
