You need to put the work in along with the product!

I gave the product 3 stars sadly because out of all the weights, the very last weight was the only one that challenged me. My muscles down there are obviously a lot stronger than I realized. Wish they had higher weights from the 165kg upwards. Im chuffed Im in pretty good shape but spent a lot of money on these only to get the use of one weight. They come beautifully packaged and definitely an amazing product for those who really need them.
