I ordered this product and it came when they promised it would. The fact I got 3 boxes (6 gallons of water in each) is a plus. I’ve seen many other companies charge a little bit more for 2 boxes.

We could not figure out why our air purifiers were going nuts. Our HVAC humidifier went on the fritz so we pulled out our table top humidifiers to hep with dry air. You can do your own follow up research but it turns out the ultrasonic humidifiers throw the particles in your water into the air and the purifier sees it as PM 2.5 particles. Guess that's one of the reasons why they recommend distilled water. All our purifiers were red and purple when we ran the humidifiers with tap water. Distilled water cleaned that issue right up. But it's expensive so we decided to buy a distiller.

I bought this and it was exactly as advertised. I can't say I can tell distilled waters apart but I appreciated the option of getting a bunch delivered all at once. It is extremely heavy IMO - came in 3 boxes with 6 galloons each. I've been going to the store and finding store brand distilled water for $1.19 - $1.49 gallon (but this brand distilled water is still usually $3/galloon), but it's nice to have an option to buy in bulk and have it delivered, even if you have to pay a premium.

We use this stuff for the humidifier in the winter, and now that the seasons over, I still have some left for next year. Good thing it doesn't go bad!

Just wish I could get in a case of 3. Getting to heavy for me so I have to carry individually. Can’t speak for the taste because I use for my sleep apnea machine.

It’s more convenient to order my water online. The taste is fine meaning there is no taste. The arrival time is great also.
