Very good for energy on long cycle rides.

Perfect addition to a long run
Great value for money, really tasty and gives you a great boost of energy on those longer runs or bike rides. Fit perfectly into running vests as they are only small.

Gel results but you feel like you are eating and not syrupy
Much nicer and kinder on my stomach than the gels, you feel like you are having food which I think makes it easier on stomach

Great for long runs!
Love these to keep me going on my long runs. They taste amazing and the texture is really nice - chewy but not a sticky chewy that you end up picking out of your teeth for the next 2 miles, they’ve got the balance just right. Only 4 stars as they’re pretty pricey which is a shame.

They Work!!
I decided to use these chews during a marathon rather than use energy gels and to be totally honest I felt these workwd so mjch better. They are a bit like turkish delight and easy to chew while running.
