ScratchFix Kit

I hate to say that I do not recommend this product at all. I purchased it because the manufacturer of my LVT recommended it and I did try it first on an inconspicuous place but when using it on a large area I could see that the sheen of the spray is high gloss. Not only are the scratches still there after sanding them with the included pads, but now there are super shiny spots on my floor, the scratches are still there, the shiny spots are slippery if you are wearing socks, and now there are even more scratches because the shiny sheen is prone to scratches. I highly recommend hiring a professional to correct minor scratches instead of using this kit.

The only thing this product did was highlight the scratch, plus it was very expensive for what you get.

I can still see the scratch, but it is better than it was. It gives the repaired spots a different sheen from the rest of the floor.

This product did not work at all for the scratch in my floor. It did nothing to fill in the scratch. It actually made the problem worse by changing the appearance of the floor around the scratch that was supposed to have been repaired. It made it glossy and slick. Thus the scratches were MORE noticeable. I would not recommend this product for repair of your LVF. Plus, at $90 a pop PLUS shipping it was a very expensive failure. \ Very disappointing. I guess I will have to buy a rug.

aber sein Geld wert! Sowohl der Stift als auch das Spray verrichten sehr gute Dienste auf unserem Vinylboden und sind leicht anzuwenden, besonders unser Schwarzer Vinyl im Flur ist besonders anfällig und da ist schnell mal was ausgebessert. So kommt von sehr deutlichen in der Farbe anders verlaufenden Kratzern (auf dem schwarzen natürlich helle Kratzer) in den Bereich wo man sich schon hinknien muss um etwas zu ertasten und sehen und das auch nur wenn man weiß wo der Kratzer ist. Das ist wirklich prima. Wenn die Oberfläche schon aufgerissen ist, kommt der Keil und das Schmirgelpapier zum Einsatz, war aber erst einmal der Fall, natürlich bewirkt es hier keine Wunder mehr aber auch das hilft und macht die Oberfläche wieder glatt und den tiefen Kratzer deutlich unscheinbarer, aber solche Kratzer verschwinden nicht als ob nie etwas gewesen ist, das sollte klar sein

Ich bin seit über 15 Jahren Amazon Kundin und habe bisher noch nie eine Rezension verfasst. Nun muss ich aber tatsächlich mal etwas dazu schreiben. Wir renovieren derzeit und haben einen -für mein Empfinden- sauteuren Vinylboden im Farbton Golden Oak verlegt bzw verlegen lassen. Noch bevor wir tatsächlich eingezogen sind, also überhaupt begonnen haben den Boden zu 'nutzen', hielt ich es für eine schlaue Idee einen riesigen Blumenkübel über den Boden zu schleifen statt auf meinen Mann zu warten damit er mir beim Tragen hilft. Das Ergebnis war ein ca 60 cm langer Kratzer, der recht tief war und natürlich direkt ins Auge stach. Soviel zur Vorgeschichte. Ohne allzu große Hoffnung kaufte ich dieses Produkt, um vielleicht doch noch etwas retten zu können. Und ich bin begeistert - ich habe den Boden entsprechend vorbereitet und und sowohl den beiliegenden Stift als auch 3x das Spray verwendet. Beim zweiten Mal Sprühen musste ich allerdings schon sehr genau schauen, wo denn der Kratzer nun überhaupt genau war. Leider habe ich es versäumt Vorher-Nachher-Bilder zu machen, aber das Ergebnis ist wirklich top, man kann den Kratzer nicht einmal mehr erahnen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
