Sent me a replacement box with the heavier duty bags and also informed me that they have officially switched back to their previous material WOOHOO! I had been using these bags for like a year now and now I'll continue to do so. These used to be good/strong bags. Now they are cheaply made, very flimsy and tear easily. Unfortunately, I bought several to make sure I did not run out but they are horrible and unusable. DO NOT buy these. They are worthless. The company did the right thing and replaced, at no cost to me, the bags with the regular Heavy Duty bags and they are perfect for the holder and strong enough to handle several "pickups" for a large German Shepherd. Thank You for stepping up and replacing the unacceptable flimsy bags.

I’ve been buying these bags for years because of their size, quality and easy ability to tie. I buy a couple of boxes at a time and just opened a box from my most recent order. The manufacturer appears to have changed the material used to make these bags. They are no longer "heavy duty bags" and are now thin, flimsy and break easily. I no longer trust that each bag isn’t going to break on me. These are no longer worth the money spent on them and I’d rather use two smaller bags to clean up after my big dog than one of these. The quality is gone.

UPDATE! THE ORIGINAL BAGS ARE BACK! YEA! The owner of the company had to pivot due to the tariffs but he figured out how to bring the quality of his bags back. I've ordered these bags over 14 times in the past and loved how strong & sturdy they were but this time the bags were flimsy and the handles tear and the strength of the material is no way the same. These are pretty good. They are large which I need for my dog who poops large amounts. However, it is quite thin.

I’ve been purchasing these for over 3 years and this most recent order is not the same material as all of the other bags in the past. These bags do not stay in place and are very flimsy. I would not recommend based on my most recent purchase. I just wanted to post an update. I contacted the seller and they explained to me the difficulties they are having with suppliers due to tariffs. I understand this all too well as I work in medical sales and supply chain issues due to tariffs are affecting every industry. The seller was very apologetic and said they will be switching back to the original formula and had a few boxes of the old ones on hand. They sent me a box of the ones I have purchased e past free years, free of charge! I would update this to 5 stars just based on my recent customer service and the fact they are switching back to the original formula.

OMG!!! This is my first review in many years but I just HAVE to write something about this for either future purchases by others and also with hopes company management reads this (ha!). These bags have been a staple in my business for going on 10 years. They were the strongest bags and the size was perfection for lots of dogs, daycares, kennels, etc.. We could not speak more highly; HOWEVER, .. !!!EVERYTHING HAD CHANGED!!! These bags are still big, but their quality, new material, or new mixture or new resin or whatever form factor they get their plastics in.. HAS GONE TO POOP!! And I mean super crappy poopy too! They now rip way too easy and with this size!!? Omg, it's built big and now NOT BUILT TUFF.. so what does this mean? Well the new tensile strength rips these bags with ease at even a half load of poop in the bags. What on world caused this change? I'm pretty sure petroleum byproducts like the resin particle balls use to make most plastic bags have not gone into any serious inflation.. so what gives!!? Are these safer on the environment? Whatever the reason... it does not matter as you should NO longer make these large size of bags with your new recipe. They suck. Perhaps this type can work with smaller bags.. but I mean these larger bags are now 10,000% useless. And of course I just ordered 20 boxes omg!! Buyers beware of this change!! Also I do not see anything in the listing about the update or why it was done... such a sudden and stark change from the past should be clearly defined and disclosed!!!

I bought these to go in our pool scooper thing. I was a little disappointed that they weren’t the same bags the scooper came with. I thought they were. The quality of these are good. I’ve had no issues. No rips. But they’re not as thick and strong as the ones our scooper came with. But great nonetheless!

These are great bags and I highly recommend. I have ordered them twice. I use them for cat litter bags and really like them better than other bags I have previously used. They are a great size for a wide scoop and have a large volume. However, the significant recent price increase coupled with slow delivery is why I will be looking at alternatives, next time I need to otder. Too bad. If the price comes back down I will order again, as long as I plan 2 weeks ahead.
