I bought this item as a group work gift for a work colleague's baby shower. The first parcel arrived - a huge box .... with one plastic tiny item in it. No bath, no seat, nothing ....... I contacted Amazon who apologised and said they would send another out. Fast forward to second delivery ...... same size box, this time bath and seat were there but missing half of the other items. It also was in a mess with items everywhere as if someone had returned it and just thrown all the items in the box and kept some - obviously wasn't checked before being restocked! It was by now too late to wait for a third replacement so colleague had to have half a gift. Very embarrassing and shoddy work from Amazon for sending out these two incomplete parcels - especially the first one which was farcical!! Absolute joke - avoid this item!
