Recommended for beginners you have a high cervix be ready to get very acquainted with yourself
This was my first ever cup. It took a little getting used to but when flo arrived I put it to work and it felt comfortable and secure (even if the first time I tried to insert it I had a mini panic attack because I was afraid it would be uncomfortable like a tampon silly me) I did have one little leak but that was my fault for rushing and not checking it was fully sealed (luckily I was wearing a panty liner) in that situation all I had to do was give it a little sweep around with my finger and it sealed into place properly. I haven't had any leaks since but have found that it does need to sit a little higher for me (turns out I have a high cervix) so getting it out proved to be a little challenge (safe to say I'm quite acquainted with my body now) for this reason I decided to purchase the original lily cup to see if that would be more beneficial for me as it's longer. I found it easiest to remove it by sitting on the toilet and I've never spilt it or dropped it. It can still be a challenge putting it in, I still haven't quite found the right position to put it in standing or squating so I've had to resort to lying to get it right (luckily I've been at home so not an issue especially as I'm only needing to empty it morning and night). I love that I can leave it in for 12 hours. When I removed it even on my heaviest day (usually end of day one and day two) it was only about half full a definite improvement on the copious pads I would go through. It feels secure and for someone who hasn't been able to use tampons due to how much they cause me pain, dry me out, that annoying little string and the smell (same issue for pads minus the pain but more mess) this has been a life saver. I also love how it is so compact and it doesn't collapse easily as it's fairly rigid. I have to really press to get it to collapse so I'm not sure what's happening to some people :S. I don't notice it when it's in unless I really think about it. I have occasionally gotten what feels like air bubbles but they come out quickly with a few kegels or you can press the side to burp it and they go away pretty quick) I think this cup is great for throwing in a bag if you are going out and know flo is due because of the little case. Definitely recommend for a beginner cup (I can see why it's aimed at teens) but for me this is going to most likely be a back up cup as it's just a touch too short for my body. Still 5 stars.

You need this in your life! 😍
I’m quite lucky, this is only the second cup that i’ve bought. I know people that have have to get 5 or 6 different cups because they just haven’t found the right one. The first one I got was for women that have given birth, considering I’ve had three children I decided it would prob be a good one for me. I was so wrong, it was just too big and far too firm. It pushed on my bladder so much that I constantly felt like I needed to pee, but then couldn’t. I could feel it all the time so I chucked it and gave up on cups completely. I realised months later that I actually just needed a smaller softer cup, so did some research and found this one. It said it was aimed at beginners and teens, I knew it was smaller and softer and I loved the fact that it scrunched up and had a little case that I can just put in my pocket or bag. This cup is amazing! Can’t feel it at all and very easy to put in. Lasts all day so no need to try and rinse out in a public bathroom. I highly recommend this as a first cup, don’t do what most people do and end up getting loads of different ones. Get this, weather your young old, had kids or not. I think this will work for most people! 100% converted to cups! No more tampons for me 😂 Also one of the cheapest cups I’ve seen, for the price of 5 boxes of tampons but will last you 10 years. The thing with cups is that everyone’s vajayjay is different, therefore this one won’t be suited to everyone. However it’s a very good one to start with. If you are having trouble putting it in then YouTube is your friend! There are a number of different folds you can try, so if the first one doesn’t work try another one. Please don’t be put off by some of the bad reviews, they either weren’t using it right or it wasn’t the right cup for them. I had no problem with it, because I did my research it took me less than a minute to get it in and I had zero leaks even the first time I used it DO IT! If this one isn’t right for you then please try a different one, because I know it will change your life, I promise

My go to cup
Bought to replace previous cup. Durable, value for money, high quality. Being collapsible makes it easy to store or carry in my bag discreetly. Only replaced previous as recommended after 1yr. Comfortable, easy to use, clean & store. Can last 4-12 hours

Great idea, not for heavy flow
Super. First time user, definitely a bit of getting used to. Easy to insert and removing better once you get the hang of it. I have a very heavy flow and have had issues with leaking, so will change to a different one for the start. Would recommend.

Excellent
Excellent, easy to use and keeps the blood in. Feels much better than a tampon

Not for low cervixes, and the fold-away design may be its biggest flaw
Never used a cup before (or tampons) but I thought with my heavy periods that made every movement a trip to the bathroom, I'd give it a shot. Liked that this was a more affordable option, loved the idea that it was so discreet and portable. But it seems I have a low cervix so this cup felt far too big and uncomfortable, although putting it in was easy enough, it opened every time. But removing it was a different story. No matter how hard I tried, what position I was in, the seal was nearly impossible to break. Because of the fold-up design, when you press the bottom of the cup, only that section collapses and the seal remains. The same goes for moving further up the cup. Perhaps its just my body and the fact I seem quite narrow down there, but it just caused me far too much discomfort, stress and pain. The design is nice, it feels great quality, but its not for me sadly. Ive bought a smaller cup of a standard shape and its faring better. To any ladies reading that are new to cups; make sure you measure the height of your cervix and try to understand your nether region as best you can so you can get the best cup for yourself first time.

Great beginner cup
Perfect as your first cup, takes a bit of practice but I'll never go back. The ring at the bottom is so handy to help remove the cup

It has taken me 6 months to get used to this cuo. I primarily use it at night because the ring is actually uncomfortable if you're being very active during the day. And the vacuum on this cup is actually insanely good. The bad part about that is it is a little harder to remove. So as a beginner I only started reaching for this cup after I got comfortable with removal.

I tried the diva cup about 10 years ago and failed miserably with it and went back to tampons. Well, if this genius cup had been around back then, I would have spared myself THOUSANDS of leaks from super OB tampon use! HERE'S WHAT I LOVE: -Leak free! No kidding! Super tampons have nothing on this! -WAAAAY SMALLER. I'm nearly 40 with no pregnancies and it's not too small, in fact, I'd say if it were any bigger, it wouldn't fit. Diva Cup was way too big even with trimming that stem and eventually even trying to use it inside out to make it smaller which gave ZERO grip in trying to get that bugger out! 🤦♀️ -No stupid stem that I could never get a grip on, the ring makes it so much easier to wiggle it down! -It's rigid enough to stay in place during bowel movements, but soft enough that I don't feel it in -The color hides staining TIPS: 1) Start wearing immediately without your period to get a better hang of how to insert, proper placement covering the uterus, and making sure that it fully opens (more on that below). It's safe to wear everyday as long as you take it out every 12 hours to rinse and reinsert. You'll still probably want backup during the first couple periods, but you get so much more practice that you may just be pleasantly surprised that there's little or NO LEAKAGE during the first couple periods' learning curve if you have a good amount of practice ahead of time! 2) Two YouTube videos made it so much easier -- "Troubleshooting menstrual cup leaks" by Put A Cup In It helped me figure out what tricks to use to make sure it fully opens and is in the correct place. "ANOTHER MENSTRUAL CUP DISASTER!?" by Thrift Thick helped me figure out how to insert it without the cup opening up too soon. Basically you use the punchdown method and then hold it between your pointer and middle fingers and place it in as far as possible before letting go at all (pics 1 and 2). I thought this would be painful considering it looked daunting for such a small opening without any foreplay or anything but it wasn't. 3) When rinsing out the cup, it's important to clear the 4 holes in it. The best way I found is to pinch around each hole kinda like a pimple while under running water (picture 3). These cleared holes will help the cup to open correctly once inside. 4) Infrequent hydrogen peroxide baths for the cup will remove the staining inside, but the staining isn't harmful at all. 5) The case it comes with feels cheaply made. May be better off finding a fabric bag or other breathable case for it. 6) If you're still dealing with a little leakage, you may want to try interlabial pads on Etsy by the merchant PinkMoonSewing as a cup backup. She makes the softest, most absorbant ones and they're way smaller and discreet than panty liners or pads (she makes reusable pads too, but I've never purchased any). Her quality is far above the rest! If you don't know what interlabial pads are there's a bunch of YouTube videos about them! But again, you may not even need anything as a backup after the first couple months, so maybe wait and just use up the disposable stash of liners/pads you already have.

De muy buena calidad, pero es un poco pequeña. Definitivamente recomendable para adolescentes pero no para adultos.
