Maya Floral Embroidered Sleeveless Button Up Rayon Dress

I've been buying clothes from Sakkas for YEARS. I keep coming back to their store because I have NEVER, EVER been disappointed by their clothes. I bought this identical dress, in another color this time, about a month ago. Sakkas has the most gorgeous, heavily embroidered fabric, (great detail) deep color, perfectly sized dresses, for me. I'm 5'4" and the length comes to just above my ankles, just as shown in the pictures. I'll be able to wear this dress as a sundress, or coupled with a shirt under it or with a jacket in cooler weather. This dress is classy enough to wear out to a 5 star restaurant, comfortable enough to wear casually or anywhere else. I keep coming back to Sakkas, and I will continue to return to Sakkas, because their clothes are the BEST!

I bought this to wear to a wedding. I purchased a cover/duster style sweater to wear over it since the wedding was in January. It was perfectly true to size, very well made and comfortable. I would love to buy these in other colors if available. I got lots of complements.

Beautiful dress! But the buttons in front keep popping undone, the dye runs like crazy, and the smell was overwhelming. The dress was beautiful enough that I spent the time to add snaps behind the buttons and washed/soaked it a dozen or so times to take care of the smell and dye running. Size does run small.

This dress is an 11. Fabric is wonderful and dress just flows when I walk. Color is perfect so the embroidery shows. I love everything about this dress. Now I have two and would love another.

This dress is pretty but it’s heavy. Like the material is heavy. And size is off. I wear medium. I am 5’2”-133 pounds. The sm/md was very tight across my bust. The length was perfect. I exchanged it for a lg/xlg. Still tight across my chest and a little longer than I wanted.

Love it! The only downside was the green was way darker than the picture portrayed. Still keeping it, and I'd like to buy another in a different color!

I seldom buy clothes through the internet. I find they are usually not the quality you expect. I was very pleasantly surprised at the workmanship and true sizing this company offers. Not only have I bought the embroidered button down long dress, but the corset style, flared skirt, long dress.. I find them appropriate for outings ranging from a garden picnic to a morning at church. I have worn them alone and with a kimono wrap. They are very comfortable and stay fresh looking all day. All in all, a true find. Koodos to Sakkas!

UPDATE 2: Decided to buy one more in black. The dress I received had obviously been worn before. There were deodorant and wear marks under the arms and there were no tags attached. The are going to charge me 4.98 to return a used item. UPDATE 1: Beware of color bleed when washing with other clothes. The red dress bled when I washed it and ruined an entire load of clothes. For this I am lowering my rating from five stars to three stars. ORIGINAL: I ordered one dress. I really like it. It is very comfortable on a warm summer day. I ordered two more. The smell was so strong when I opened the bag it took my breath away. I have them out in an open area hoping the awful smell will go away soon. The first dress I received did not have this problem. Having said that I love these dresses (3 in different colors). The smell seemed to be related to just the one dress and is gone now. Recommend.

J'ai eu beaucoup de compliments sur cette tenue : sa couleur est superbe et les broderies lui donnent un aspect un peu médiéval. Le tissu est extrêmement doux et fluide, la robe est bien taillée et dissimule les rondeurs. Attention, il faut mettre une lingette au lavage, car elle a tendance à dégorger, mais je ne regrette pas une seconde mon achat. Je recommande d'ailleurs la marque car ce n'est pas la première robe que j'achète chez eux et je suis toujours ravie du résultat.

Es fresquito , muy cómodo de llevar y los bordados le dan un aire muy elegante. Las tiras traseras permiten ajustarlo al contorno. La primera lavada suelta bastante tinte.

Turquoise has become my favorite colour this season. I've racked up quite a few different Sakkas dresses and tops in this colour. This is the first full length (almost) dress I've bought and it's beautiful and feminine, loose and flowy. It was really humid and sticky out today, and I wisely chose this dress to wear to an appointment. I looked great, and was cooler than if I'd worn a top and leggings. Now, I am familiar with this brand of clothing, and as such I was careful to size up and I'll warn folks to wash on gentle and hang to dry or you will get shrinkage. Actually, I just washed this and though it was washed in cool water it shrunk up at least 5 inches in length. No longer floor length, it's now mid calf. But it washed beautifully and hung to dry, the wrinkles fell out. Because it's rayon, or a rayon blend it has wrinkles which literally will fall right out after a few minutes of wear. The material is stonewashed and soft. I've been quite disappointed with some of my latest most expensive Sakkas purchases, but because this isn't totally full of embellishments and fancy lace and cutout seams (except the gussets), there's not much that can go wrong, except in length. (It does shrink in length 3-4 inches--do not dry in dryer--mine are hung on line) UPDATE- I have this dress now in burgundy, both a 1X/2X and a 3X/4X in burgundy--also turquoise, black, purple and navy. The first turquoise was longer in front--but these are made for larger ladies, I assume the extra is for extra bust and belly size. Now, I'm 5.4, a 42B, . These all fit me fine--in fact I even bought a 3X/4X and no way is it any more than a 2X--it's small enough it fits me, and I wear 1X usually. So--hopefully everyone reads the reviews and allows for sizing up at least 1 size or more if you are more busty.

Lovely dress, the small was v small, the large absolutely massive. Had to alter...lift shorten shoulder straps, take up the hem on the medium..looks great now! I am short but curvy, size 12 and wear them long (to ankles).
