Im a 36 chest size. Which size do i get?

Well, I'm a size 46 in my chest and it fits true to size from the chart. Size S would perfectly fit you with two inches to spare ( works out well if you want to wear a hoodie ECT underneath it ).

Are the sizes determined with laces all the way tight or loose? I want a fitted look but am 1 inch above the medium
