I had never used a shower style douche before - I had always used bulb style ones, which are rather clunky. This is fantastic. It attaches to the spare hose in the shower which takes 10 seconds to do, and then its ready to use. Cleaning out used to take 15 minutes if I was lucky - with this, it takes 5. I feel cleaner and more prepared for play with my partner. Just be VERY careful with water pressure and temperature, for obvious reasons.

I won't go into detail why this is needed, but it certainly does get the job done. It's soft and thus easy to insert (So I'm told) without minimal assistance. If you need one of these, then this is a good one.
