Great for Stubborn Shin Splints
For years, I've battled persistent shin splints, a frustrating legacy from a major accident two decades ago. Even after returning to sports, especially the soccer I love playing once or twice a week, pain was a constant companion. Physical therapy, including dry needling and strengthening exercises, offered some relief, but the pain returned within about six months—likely because I didn't consistently keep up with the exercises. These bands have been an incredible discovery. The first time I wore them during a soccer game, I experienced absolutely no pain—it was truly remarkable. I'm now committed to using these bands every time I play, and I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with similar shin pain. However, I'm reducing one star due to concerns about durability. Only time will tell how well they hold up with regular use.

WAY TOO SMALL so Velcro scratches
I hoped this would work, and measured within the size guide...which is way off if you don't want to feel the scratch of the Velcro that doesn't meet fabric. ORDER AS LARGE AS YOU CAN.

Made shin splints worse!
I wore these on my tibialis anterior for a 5k and had to remove them within minutes. I warmed up well and put these on right before the race started. Big mistake—I took them off and within 10 minutes, my shin splints eased up.

Highly recommend
My daughter suffers from horrible shin splints, she runs track for school, so it’s a struggle. We’ve tried many different things, from kt-tape, compression sleeves, icing them. Nothing helped her, until I found these! These gave her the best relief! They are easy to put on and adjustable! I highly recommend these!

So far very impressed
I have chronic shin splint pain (flairs up within 5 min of walking, not even running). I've only used these 4-5 times now, but they work! I seriously wasn't expecting that but wow, these little bands do what they say they will. I'll keep wearing as long as they work! Note on size - I ordered a large since my shins are big (19 in at widest point). If you have big shins you won't think these will fit when you first try to put them on, but trust me, the band stretches enough, just give it a good tug - it'll be tight but that's what you need! It gets easier to put on each time. Final note - if you need one for each leg, you need to buy two, there's only one per package (luckily I read other reviews before ordering so I knew so just passing it on)

Major disappointment
I understand that companies tend to focus on selling vs. customer support. No one from the company has responded to my email and personal feedback to the seller. Non-responsivity supports the lack of caring. The strap is too expensive. It is easy to use, but the strap keeps falling down. I do not have the time to make 2-3 adjustments during the day. The strap has not helped with my shin splint pain,

Tibialis anterior muscle hernia-it really helped!
I have worn them all day running around which normally would cause the tibialis anterior muscle hernia I have alot of pain and would be a big bulge by now. It is much smaller and the pain is so much less than usual. Very pleased!

Leaves a dent
Not sure if this really helps. I find that if it’s not strapped on snug , it falls down and it’s a complete waste of money . But if it’s on , I feel like my circulation is cut and the instructions tells you to make sure it doesn’t cut off your circulation but how do you do that without it falling down to your ankle while you’re running if it’s not snug . Also I found that it leaves a dent on your shin that lasts for 2-3 days . I personally wouldn’t suggest buying this. There’s other options out there that are more beneficial . I wanted to give this one a try to see if this helps reduce my shin splint when I run outside and it’s a definite no for me . I run 4 days a week and I don’t feel the difference

Would Not Stay In Place
Unfortunately as soon as my son started to play his basketball game, the strap kept slipping down around his ankle and would not stay in place despite his efforts. He said it felt good when he was standing but when he started moving around on the court, but kept falling down throughout the first half of the game. He removed it and never put it on again.
