This healthy green powder has a lot of vitamins and minerals packed into it. It doesn’t look very appealing when you mix it with water because it does have a green color to it, but luckily is not very chalky. The taste is not overly sweet and easy to drink. There is definitely a lot of value in a healthy product like this.

I got this for my mother who is in her late 80s and was looking for a supplement to add some pep to her declining energy. Not only did this powder taste like an amazing fruit smoothie, it energized her while being gentle on her stomach and refreshing on the palate! Based on mom's feedback and the new energy we are seeing her have, this is worth absolutely every penny.+ Easy to Mix and Sip! Mom is sensitive to taste because of her age and doesn't enjoy past supplement powders we've bought that taste like grass or worse. This one was not only the first that she liked but utterly enjoyed, reminding her of a quality smoothie and nothing medicinal at all. In a blender with ice, it whipped up smoothly and both tasted and smelled like a dream! It didn't irritate mama's sensitive stomach and was something she wanted more of!+ Real Results! This doesn't take weeks or months to take effect! With energizing hits like Vitamin B and zest-boosting herbals like moringa, green tea, ashwaghanda, and ginsing for pep, mom felt a blast of energy an hour after her first drink. It was amazing to see her want to get off the sofa and want to walk around the yard, and she certainly put some miles on her walker over the month! Mama definitely feels that this is her 'secret stuff' to energy and swears that it is lifting her up! According to what we observe, the energy lasts around 12 hours.+ Sleep Like a Baby! Something within this is also improving mama's rest. She's usually a toss-and-tumble sort of a sleeper, even during naps, but with this we've been seeing her fidgeting less in her sleep. Mom wakes to tell us she feels more refreshed and 'slept like a newborn log', so we're going to take her word and count this as another benefit of this amazing supplement!

Looking closely at ingredients and the math didnt add up! The ingredients list doesn't include the 3g added sugar shown in the nutritional facts. That's 3g out of 11g total per serving! I should have realized this before i bought it. I already stopped sugar in my coffee to avoid a morning insulin spike and replaced with Cylon Cinnamin (I preffered over sugar after about 2-days) which controls blood sugar (so your body burns fat and what you eat for energy and doesn't start storing excess sugar as fat fyi). Also, even acounting for the added sugar, there are another 4g not accounted for in the ingrediants, so who knows what filler that is? The product seems to be more than 50% sugar and unidentified filler. 7g/11g!All these greens power products are so unreliable and probably contain lots of stuff that is really unproven. I have wasted too much time examining too many of them. I am going to buy pure dried bags (cheaper) of the key things i want (and that have been extensivley studied) like spinach, peppers, brocolli, spirulina, etc, and then pre-mix them myself, adding some cinnamon for blood sugar control, cayenne pepper for taste/thermogenic (burning cal by producing heat and feeling warm doing it), and vegan protein powder because I strength train everyday. I take a multivitamin, garlic and fish oil and think they are still best taken by pill for taste / odor issues. To be healthy, I am all about making it easy bc I have so much with work, family, and fun that I make all my health stuff simple, fast, efficient and intense. Being in shape is so that everything else is more pleasurable, not so much a stand-alone goal (i would never miss a night with friends, breakfast with my kids or be tired at work to train). This product was supposed to fit those constraints,but now it looks like I'll need an hour to make something myself and be in control, guided by science (mostly peer reviewed studies on nih.gov), my health goals and not by marketing or profit. As an engineer, this my approach on most things.My coffee is done; I am off to the YMCA gym this nice Sunday morning before the kids wake up. Good luck!

The flavor is very decent. I just had an 8oz glass as directed, using room temperature water and one scoop. (I don't recommend the room temp water!)I will next try this in a smoothie with similar flavors such as banana and apple, to disguise the gritty taste. There's also a slight fake sugar taste, like aspartame or something similar. If I remember right it might be stevia. I'm not a fan of fake sugar. So I didn't like that aftertaste.The suggested daily use is one scoop with one 8oz glass of water. I will be trying this for 30 days and updating my review then!
