Q: Do the mug handles get hot when microwaved?

Yes! Very very hot, in fact. I’m not sure about the provenance of these other reviewers but in our experience these mugs would get burning hot in the microwave and the liquid inside would remain lukewarm.

Q: Question for seller--Will you replace mugs if they are broken in shipping? This seems to be a problem.

I had to return and repurchase an entire set. Then they claimed my return wasn’t received and charged me for it, so I had to contact amazon customer service. Not a great experience.

Q: does this cup fit in a keurig machine?

Yes. My husband selects 12 oz and adds 2 International Delights single coffee creamers and still has room at the top.

Q: Can these mugs sit 2 high- one on top of another?? Not 'stacked' but so they won't fall over

Yes I have them nestled into one another on my shelf works well for me.
