Great for my home tinkering
First stand I’ve owned so nothing really to compare it to. Looks and feels quality. Copes with my fairly heavy e-bike (as long as I’ve removed the battery - easy) though I do struggle slightly to raise the stand and to lock the clamp by myself, and my bike is a little heavy to lift onto the stand if it’s already raised, but I manage. That’s not a reflection on the stand itself though - perhaps I should have gone for a hydraulic stand, but they’re £££ and I can’t justify for the occasional used. Or get a friend . It’s sturdy and stable, though you do need to ensure the legs are positioned correctly I.e a leg is actually under the load side (common sense really !). The quick release is great. Perfect for my home tinkering really .
