Ok real PMS talk here, I dont know how or why but when I am having real bad cramping, sipping on this very much helps my uterus chill the F out. This and the raspberry tea from this same brand are god sends for anyone getting the cramps that make you want to cry a little (or a lot). Maybe its a placebo, maybe its herbal remedies but dudes, it helps. its not a magic cure all, cramps Wont just disappear, but they get far less intense. less raptor trying to escape and more slight general muscle ache 😁 And it tastes nice too!

1st time I brought it and it helped me so much with my menstrual. I was heavy flow for a month became anemic, was tired and weak I needed a blood transfusion but I never went thru with it. I purchased this tea and drank it twice a day and by the 2nd day my menstrual was slowing down by the 3rd day it stopped 🤩🥳 Help me with my aches and cramping, I also started to eat carrot salad, and in the mornings spinach with chopped garlic and pepper flakes. I got used to the tastes it good with a lil honey. I can't live without this tea. I cut my tea bag and place it in a tea metal strainer.

I used this to regulate my cycles after I stopped my birth control. My body was failing to ovulate. Once I took this I saw that my hormone levels were rising as expected during the daily tracking . After forty days I have my period. The taste was also pretty pleasant. I love the little quotes on the tea bag. For more balance I mixed this with spearmint tea.
