I've had this for 8 months. It's worked well every time I've used it. some tips. move it slowly across the bottom of the pool keeping the bag "inflated" which helps the suction be optimum. the suction is provided by the flow of water, it's enough to work, but if the bag gets to full, it will want to "lay down" which reduces suction. stop and empty the bag if that occurs. I'm seen reports that the hose adapter breaks, that is true, but it's caused by the hose bending right at where it attaches to the vacuum and that puts pressure on the adapter. i take the hose and let it lay across my shoulder so it it keeps a more straight line down the pole to the vacuum. I had to replace the adapter once. I have a 18' round above ground pool. Takes about 20-30 min to get ready, vacuum, and clean up the vacuum start to finish. also note: i replaced the quick connect hose adapter with one from Lowes. cheap enough to do.

suction is great. if you got a kid to help with the hose its awesome. working it by yourself is awful

This thing is amazing. It works and does a much better job than my Polaris that costs hundreds more than this little piece of equipment.

Have problems keeping the bag on.

Does an excellent job but a little difficult guiding the vacuum. Likely due to the light weight.I do highly recommend.

This is the shoddiest thing I have recieved. I took time off today to work on the pool. Put this together and immediately the hose connector piece broke... I had a cheaper one I’d gotten from the local hardware store and it’s connector was the same... so I used it.... finally get it in the water and the plastic piece holding the bag breaks and everything goes spraying back into the pool... I’m still determined so I knot the bag and back into the pool it goes... this time I get maybe 5 minutes and the plastic piece the holds the pole breaks. So I’ve spent an hour in the hot sun and done nothing except try to Jerry rig a brand new piece of equipment....so bottom line buy at your own risk.

Makes cleaning the pool easy

We purchased this because we have a large tree that hangs over our pool and continuously drops leaves. It is incredibly difficult to get all the leaves out with the regular pool vacuum but this thing is amazing! Worth every penny!
