Quick Change Guitar Capo, Chromatic Clip On Tuner, Pick Holder, and Pin Puller Combo for Electric, Acoustic, and Bass - Hawl-In-One by Long Hawl Music (LH-03)

I received and unpacked this tuner today when I received it. In the past five years I have tried "All in one tuners and Capo's". I have also tried the sound hole tuners. The kind that clip onto the sound hole and are always available to use anytime. Even choosing by top brands they all left something to be desired. Tuning was not accurate, they would either not turn on or not turn off and switching between offered modes was a nightmare with most of them. Enter the "Hawl-In-One" combo capo, tuner, pin remover and pick holder and you really do have a winner. The first thing I tried was the Capo up and down the necks of my guitars. No matter how far I moved the capo up and down the neck of my guitars the intonation did not change. Same with my Ukes. In other words the instruments stayed in tune no matter where I placed the Capo on them. I tuned each one of my guitars, Guitalele's and Ukuleles with this new tuner and they were spot on. I tested them inline where possible or checked this tuners accuracy with a Snark tuner I own. The "Hawl-In-one" tuner is not sprung so tightly. I believe that is why the intonation is true up and down the necks of the instruments. Lastly or next to lastly it comes with two new guitar picks in it's pick holder and comes with a notched end to remove string pins. The last item to mention is purchase price. It is amazing a product with this quality can be offered at the price point Amazon is selling it for. I will purchase two more of these tuners for my more expensive guitars to be stored in their hard cases.

As a Rock guitarist, I have been slow to come around to these headstock tuners. I thought they were better suited for acoustic guitars. However, I've noticed a rash of players I admire using them, so I joined the crowd. This is a pretty handy tool to have in your gig bag. Not only is it a tuner (like a Snark), but it's a capo, pick holder, and peg puller. The peg tool is definitely for acoustics. The pick holder is just handy, and the tuner is very versatile. It can be a chromatic tuner - aiding you if you tune down a half-step or full-step. And if you want to venture from the A=440 standard, you can if you like. The other unique thing is that it does NOT use a 9V battery. It uses a very common disk battery that you can find in every drugstore/grocery store. That keeps the unit smaller and lighter. And, I think those batteries last longer. The other thing that caught my eye was the material used. It's not made out of cheap pot-metal, it's made out of aviation-grade metal. As a guy from the Aviation field, I was pleasantly surprised to see that. Of course, it tunes, is bright in the dark, and holds on to every type of headstock. A GREAT tool for the gig bag!

The concept of a capo with a built in tuner is brilliant - unless the capo doesn't work. I tried it on both 6 string and 12 string guitars and the capo failed to depress the strings well enough to produce good tone. The display on the tuner was not great, but it didn't matter since a capo that doesn't produce good tone is useless.

This right here is the one to rule them all. I used to have a tuner, a capo and a pick holder on my head. It made my guitar look ridiculous. With this, i only use one thing on top! It's fantastic!

A very unique combination. Easy to use tunner and capo. Delighted with design and quality. Very happy with this purchase.

The concept is great, but the performamce is not. Display is intermittent at best.

The cable part work good that toners did not work they were off I gave them away for the capo art still work

Mine came with a very weak battery barely lights up so I can’t talk about the tuner but the capo does work really well I’ll update once I get a new battery
