I was initially impressed with the clasp. It’s a sort of screw in. The shells have no sharp ends it’s very comfortable. It’s actually heavy for it’s size ( 22 inch ) size it’s perfect for my Luau theme party or anytime. I highly recommend these

Was able to order the exact size needed. Two screw together which is more secure, I think, than the claw closure. Well worth the price.

I'm very critical of products like this and I spent a great deal of time looking for just the right necklace, specifically to fit my needs for the summer. This was one of the last products I found and I made sure to check a necklace-sizing guide online to accurately gauge where this necklace would fall. I'm roughly 6' 2" with an athletic figure and this necklace falls comfortably on my collar bone with a slight bit of slack in the middle, at the top of my chest.When the necklace arrived, I found the shells to be just a little too large and bulky for my taste, although surprisingly not a nuisance when it came to seeing if it would pull at the little hairs on my neck. I occasionally find that the clasp is difficult to fasten due to the size of the white chips but it's not something that bothers me.All in all, I'd say this necklace is worth the price. Although slightly bulky, it's sturdy, relatively light and unnoticeable to the wearer, and it's attractive with most outfits.
