I struggling with chin acne ( the inflamed pustules and small cysts) for a while that started after stopping birth control two years ago at 41. I went to a dermatologist to control and was put on winlevi (didn’t work) Cabtreo ( did work for a while but still had the once a month flair up) than tried finacea gel which was a nightmare so I decided to try this. This stuff started working immediately not only did it clear all acne after one month of use but after two months of use any back acne that I was getting that wasn’t that big of a deal cleared up completely. My skin is glowing and I no longer have a monthly flair up I think if you have hormonal acne this stuff works very well. I highly recommend for mature skin. Bonus is it helps with pms. I’ve been on this stuff for 3 months and am very happy with the results.

This supplement actually helped with my acne! Afrer a month my underskin ones are almost gone, thought I still get whiteheads, but not as big as they used to be. The capsules are easy to swallow, not too big, don't have any taste.

This works, and I recommend if you have hormonal acne like myself thats been struggling. ive taken a supplement with only dim and it was 200mg as well. Would give me the worst migraine which i already have naturally. I always noticed it helped with my acne but the migraines would never end even if i took it constantly. This on the other hand has zinc, dim and probiotic which i thought would benefit even more. I started it and it did give me migraines, so i would take one and then two every other day so my body can adjust better. Now im taking two everyday and no migraine's anymore. Not only that but definitely my skin has gotten better. I really like that this has other benefits for my gut as well. I would have given a 5 star but the head aches were so bad so i would start with only one and work your way up to two over time.

I woke up with an allergic reaction! I’ve never had an allergic reaction to supplements before. My eyes were swollen and I had a headache. My headache lasted for maybe 1-2 hours and then went away. Went to bed and woke up with a swollen face. Unfortunately cannot return it but submitted photos to Amazon. They refunded me. I tossed these right out. I only took them twice! Had to go make me some anti inflammatory shots and drink some lemon ginger tea to help with the swelling!

This worked really fast for me and I could tell it was helping my hormonal breakouts. First, my skin was purging and then the redness and cystic breakouts significantly decreased. I stopped taking birth control a while back for other health reasons and this has helped. However, I started about 4 weeks ago and I am late for my period this month by about 3-6 days. After research I saw that this is a known side effect. I also noticed my urine was darker when taking this - another side effect. My body reacted quickly to this and these side effects ^ mean I am taking too much. I started taking 1 pill and gradually increased to 2 but as of today I’m going to stop taking it until my cycle is normal again. When I do get my normal cycle back on track I’ll probably just stick to taking 1 pill. I am planning on getting back on birth control soon but with a lower estrogen dose. Finally writing a review after two months of continuous use. I wrote a big review but I forgot to press post. Long story short, I moved to US one and half years ago. My skin went crazy. Tried everything. Consistent skin care routine, exercise, water filter, topical treatments but my skin barrier would get irritated. My skin is super dry and sensitive. I researched amd landed on these DIM supplements. Took one for 2 week daily to avoid any side effects. Started taking two everyday and now it has been two months. My skin is feeling the best. I can bear other serums and stuff. No new pimples are forming. Pores are not clogged anymore. Plus if taken at night, it helps with my sleep alot. Worth every penny.
