Mandoline
I can’t say enough about this mandoline. It’s super sharp, cuts evenly, and is adjustable and stays I. Place due to the silicone edging. 5 stars! Great purchase

Very easy to use
Perfect small hand slicer. I like thin onions and this does the trick. Four different thickness settings, easy to use and clean. Worth every penny.

Excellent; very sharp; slices easily; like that you can adjust the thickness of the slices

Useful
Easy to use and reduces onion slicing time for me! Wish the holder was bigger, you have to cut the vegetable or onion first then use the guard.
