The spool is great for keeping the string orderly. I haven't had the chance yet to actually test the tensile strength but it appears that it will be sufficient. I would like to see availability of purchase of large spools of the thread that can be sewn into uniform seams for retrieval and use in escape situations for quick cuffs etc...Might want to market the thread like that if not already doing so.

You can't beat Kevlar rope. The spool makes very easly to carry and dispense as you need. Works great on walking / animal paths.

What's better than kevlar ? These are almost invisible for the application ,,I had them on a camping trip set up with trip alarms ,,everyone worries about the bears ,,the cougar are the scary ones !
