Simple, practical snack option
Quaker rice cake variety pack is a simple, practical snack option that works well for a wide range of diets and lifestyles. With both lightly salted and salt-free versions included, it offers flexibility depending on whether you want a little flavor or a completely neutral base for toppings. The texture is exactly what you expect from classic rice cakesโlight, airy, and crunchy. Theyโre not heavy or filling on their own, but that makes them great as a low-calorie snack or as a base for peanut butter, hummus, fruit, or savory toppings. Many people appreciate that theyโre gluten-free and made with whole grain brown rice, keeping them a clean and straightforward option for everyday snacking. The lightly salted version adds just enough seasoning to make them enjoyable on their own, while the salt-free ones are ideal for more customized flavor combinations. Reviewers often highlight their versatility and convenience, especially for quick snacks or diet-friendly eating plans . What stands out most is their consistency and usefulness rather than bold flavor. Theyโre not meant to be excitingโtheyโre meant to be adaptable, and they do that job very well. Some people may find them a bit plain, but thatโs also what makes them so easy to pair with almost anything. Overall, this variety pack is a dependable pantry staple: light, crunchy, gluten-free, and perfect for anyone who likes simple snacks or enjoys building their own flavor combinations.

Good quality
The rice cakes came all together. No crushed ones which I was worried about! Itโs hard to find plain Quaker ones at stores by me. These are better than store brand for sure crispy and good size! As far as taste I put peanut butter on them so โฆ..

The perfect snack.
I eat these all the time. $14.82 is a great price for six. I've purchased them 4 times and never had any issues.

Taste great, fresh upon opening and Amazon has them priced well.
This brand has helped me lose a lot of weight, as they're very low in calories and work well as a snack for peanut butter or other spreads. They do lose their crunch if you wait too long to finish an open pack or do not seal the bag properly after opening.

Best by date
I like these rice cakes, but i was hoping for a longer shelf life, similar to the Best By dates I get at the store. They are less expensive than purchasing locally.

These Quaker Rice Cakes hit my sweet or savory needs beautifully.
I grew up eating popcorn. I became allergic to all corn but missed eating it when everyone else in the family ate theirs. I buy these and they are my 'popcorn' now. I also make a dessert from them by putting one on a microwave-safe plate, putting a handful of chocolate (or in my case, carob) chips on top and microwave for 20 to 60 seconds, spreading the melted chips over the top and letting it cool to eat. So delicious! I also sometimes use a slice of cheese and microwave it for a savory treat. The unsalted are great for that! I love my Quaker Rice Cakes. Low in calories, don't make you feel over-filled. They hit the spot, salty or sweet.

My Favorite Rice Cakes- In Bulk
I've been purchasing Q. Rice Cakes for decades, obviously, I really like both the Salted and Unsalted. Not a fan of the Flavored varieties. These Cakes are sturdy and hold together even with butter, jam and other water-based food atop. These make for a healthful snak, even nuking w/ real cheese, aka "Holly's Faux Pizza". The multi-pack variety shown above is my 1st, not singular bag purchase which arrived perfectly protected all cakes in pristine condition(so far)- fresh and tasty. The 2nd part of my Review is about *this* particular Order concerning a weird problem I'm having with the Waxed, Inner-lined Bags which keep cakes fresh and hold them in place. Of the 4 I've opened so far, 2+2, theres been a seemingly Design Flaw: Each of the 4 bags have split down the side immediately upon opening the top of each bag. This has caused a simultaneous releasing of every rice cake inside- impossible to stop, let alone catch, b4 they tumble and roll out+around everywhere. This inexplicable [similar to run-in-stockings or pebble-on-windshield] gravitational split causes a real+ annoying mess. In our house, once they've hit the grouted-tile kitchen floor, they smash apart like a glass mug, piles of crumbs spreading everywhere getting stuck in deep grout, under the refridgerator, stove, etc. Even the salvagable, intact cakes can't be consumed, hygienicly, and must be tossed out, wasteful. The wasted wrapper bags arent recycleable. It's never happened to me w/ singular bags of rice cakes so*I hope* this 6 pac case is a "batch-related" anomaly. I really hope its not a case (pun) of the Parent Company's conscious decision to cost-cut by cutting-corners in bag manufacturing. If so, I'm not planning on ceremonial occasions for the Opening of Q. Rice Cakes bags. I don't have a size-appropriate rice cake storage container. Honestly, I'd never remember in time. YES, I certainly Recommend Q.Rice Cakes, Yes, I'll continue to purchase singular bags - for as long as the inner bags remain strong/intact upon opening. However, if a full-on-side-splitting of newer bags become an "Updated" version of the product, I'm Out. In 2025, I can barely afford a week's worth of nutritional food (or utilities) and it's getting worse. Thus, throwing away perfectly good food is no longer an option. I wish you the best.
