We bought these as supplements to the full size chaffing dish inserts. Used one to serve roasted potatoes and broccolini in the other. We used the other 2 for smaller portion entrees. Everything stayed hot for 4+ hours.

Love it high-quality perfect

Roasted a chicken with some vegetables and this cooked and cleaned nicely. I love how deep these are, and the rounded corners make for easy cleaning. I used to use similar pans for so many hot and cold dishes for serving meals in a small nursing home facility, and these are very much like them. I am only using these for home meal prep now, but they cook and wash the same as the commercial ones I used, and the capacity and depth is better than my other cake pans and casserole dishes. I also like that I can prepare a dish beforehand, and then take these from freezer to oven. This will save me a lot of time on busy days, to be able to prepare a few meals ahead and freeze, then just pop the whole thing in the oven. These will definitely be getting a LOT of use!

We do a lot of cooking and large gatherings. I got these to use so we can keep food warm longer and not have a bunch of awkward shaped pans on the counter. They are great. I have a larger size as well and we use them both often.

1 out of the 4 pans came used and dirty at the bottom of pan. The inside has a permanent burnt or water stain. Clearly this was a used or returned item that was resold and reshipped.
