Excellent read good attempt at making the subject understood

This was the best book on general science I have ever read! The subject matter is fascinating and interesting. It covers several subjects that most people should know to be a science educated person and a knowledgeable voter.

The book is very interesting and covers the major topics in bite-sized "chunks" which I feel was the author's wish. Each topic is covered exceptional well and is very easy to read. Clearly the author understands the subjects very well.You do not have to be a "scientist" to understand this book! B.Dodd

I bought 4 more copies to give to friends. They are all engineers. This book is not for the general public.
