This is a real gua sha tool with a beveled edge that comes to a point for actually raising therapeutic petichae / sha. Most of the stainless tools on Amazon are for "facial gua sha" which is just massage with no sha actually brought to the surface. Buy this one for actually doing real gua sha.

This physical therapy guasha massage tool is exactly what my PT professional uses during official sessions, along with massage cream. Now, I can work on post surgery scar tissue breakdown at home and make greater progress!

Nearly identical to what my former PT used. Now can get the same results at home, and has already paid for itself. Plenty of YT videos on how and where to use the scrapers effectively.

The square shaped one .. Needs to be one inch wider. Kind of love it as a gua sha tool. But I wish it was just a bit longer. Why? Because that pointed corner will get in your way on a portion of your skin.. Not sure why that point is so sharp on the square one? I bought the Knife shaped one too, separately.. and I love and adore it!! It's the best Gua sha tool.. for legs. It is so easy to move on your skin.

This massage tool is great! I watched a YouTube video that shows where on my leg and how to use it for my plantar fasciitis. It has been a game changer! Most of the pain is gone. Would highly recommend!

The edges are well designed for a variety of body parts and there are no sharp edges to the metal and zero chance of cutting yourself or others. It scrapes the muscle without tearing up the skin. It's got a decent heft to it and doesn't bend even under the hardest normal pressure and so it should last a lifetime or more. I'll lose it or have it stolen before I have to order another one. The carrying case is functional but nothing that will take abuse. Use it to store it, not carry it in your pocket. The price is about what I expected. Pretty expensive for the actual materials that go into it but it's in line with other similar scrapers and for a generally superior design. The best part of it is that the product works. I recommend watching some YouTube videos to give you an idea how muscle scraping works and be sure to drag the unit toward the handle rather than push it like a knife. I've only had it a few weeks now but it has seriously helped in some surgical recovery and breaking up a few adhesions.

Dealing with plantar fasciitis and this tool has been recommended to work with. Of course I read reviews for the SAME STYLE tool and one person recommended another brand because others he had tried weren't as heavy and weren't stainless steel. I almost just went with his recommendation because I didn't want the delay of having to return an item but in yhe end I just decided to take a chance on this one which was almost $6-$15 LESS than others. Well... BOY AM I HAPPY I DID!!! 😊 This is THE NICEST, SMOOTHEST, HEAVIEST (in a GOOD way!!!) body work/IASTM/Graston/Gua Sha tool ever! It has perfect smooth, perfectly rounded edges with just the right heft to do the work you NEED. When I first opened the box I thought, "Oh No they sent the WRONG order!!!" But upon further digging, I found the beautiful tool I had ordered securely packaged in a very nice velvet, drawstring bag UNDERNEATH a JADE double roller tool!!! WHAT!!! A company who gives MORE than you asked for!!!??? YES!!! Blew me away with their QUALITY and obvious care for their customers!!! BUY THOS TOOL FROM THIS COMPANY NOW BEFORE they get traction (appears they are NEW to Amazon selling space) and match their price to their WORTH!!!

The edges are pretty much like a butter knife if not a bit sharper. Not as round as it looks on the product images. You can tell the edges were not rounded smooth and where it was sharpened to be reduced. Noticed after trying to use it once my hands would hurt from holding the edges cause they are a bit too sharp. Overall is not as satisfactory as other tools I've used before. Hoping its not the same experience for other buyers, but be ware it can be a bit sharp.

The Pro's This piece is so easy to hold and use. Great for legs, arms, shoulders. Even probably your face. There is a pressure point on the side which is great to use on your hands or feet. And you could probably use it for scars or adhesions. The Con's If you've got large burley hands probably not as easy to hold.

Not appropriate for big hands. Has poor quality. If those don't matter it does the job based on the price.
