True Lemon (Energy Drinks) Wild Blackberry Pomegranate, Instant Powdered Drink Mix, 6 Count (Pack of 4)

I need caffeine to get through the day. I just do. Hey, there are worse things. But like a lot of people these days, I'm trying to eat healthier and no longer want to ingest unhealthy colas or spend mega dollars to buy "healthier" bottled or canned alternatives to get a good amount of caffeine in the form of a cold drink. I looked at and tried other options, but True Lemon Energy is the best overall I've found to date. The combination of convenience, zero calories, 120mg of caffeine (from green tea that I find makes me less jittery), with no artificial flavors or preservatives was just about everything I was looking for (and it's non-GMO). And It's sweetened with Stevia, which is a helluva lot better than other no-calorie, artificial sweeteners. It's a little overly sweet to me as I don't have much of a sweet tooth, so I add a packet of True Lemon's lemon crystals (just pure lemon crystals and nothing else -- also excellent in tea or plain seltzer as a cheaper and easier alternative to real lemons BTW) to cut the sweetness a bit and it's much better. They say to add the Energy powder to 16 ounces of water, but I use 28 ounces of filtered water and I find that to work better (and also gets me drinking more water). The powder isn't the easiest to get to mix thoroughly in cold water -- probably because they don't add any artificial crap to help it do so -- so I bought a 28-ounce Blender Bottle Sportmixer that mixes it perfectly with just a few shakes. The powder is still doable in a regular cup as long as you add the water first, but I find the Blender Bottle easier and much better at getting all the powder to dissolve completely. At first I thought these powder tubes were a little pricey at 62 cents per tube when you buy a four pack (24 tubes total) here on Amazon, but given the lack of good alternatives and that True Lemon uses relatively good and healthier ingredients justifies its price to me. When I think of all the crap I'm no longer putting in my body and the amount of money I'm saving over buying healthy alternatives at the store, I'm really happy with this True Lemon Energy powder. So for all the reasons listed, TL Energy powder gets a high recommendation from me.

My family uses this as an addition to homemade fruit drinks. It is a great sweetener for us. Just a side note check to make sure you get the quantity you order. My last order only sent me 1 box instead of 4

Didn't come in as powder. It's a brick. Like it was exposed to moisture. I still tasted it, and it tasted musty like mold or dust. Very sad. Can't return, and it came in a 4pk. With 6 pouches each 😔

I do not like coffee and do not need tons of caffeine but need my morning pick-me-up. I try to stay away from artificial sweeteners and high sugar content drinks. True Lemon has been my go-to water enhancer for years. I used to be able to find it in the local grocery stores, but for a while - only online on Amazon. The price fluctuates quite a bit, but if you plan ahead and buy when it is low, these are a nice cost-effective energy drink that uses stevia for a sweetener.

I have this on autoship! It's perfect for the mid afternoon, post lunch sleepiness. The best part is, no artificial sweeteners!

Tastes great and nice for an extra caffeine boost when I can't get coffee. I love all the True Lemon flavors I've tried so far. They don't taste as artificial as many of the drink powders.

I purchased this item which clearly states in the description that it is four boxes of drink mix with each box containing six individual packets of powdered mix. I received one box instead of the four boxes as described.

Love this drink mix but on several occasions received one box instead of 4. I was fortunate to contact Amazon to remedy the situation.
