This docking station made my workspace a lot more organized and efficient. It connected to my laptop without any trouble, and setting up two external monitors was quick and easy. The dual-monitor support works great with clear video output, and the variety of ports lets me hook up all my accessories with just one cable. Overall, it feels solid, runs cool, and has been a reliable, great-value addition to my setup.

I've been using the Baseus 10-in-1 Docking Station for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed. This thing is well-built, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. All the ports perform as advertised. I've had zero issues with any of my connected devices via USB-A or USB-C, and PD 3.0 charging works perfectly — I can charge my device at full speed while it's fully docked, which is exactly what you want. One thing worth mentioning: the dock does get a little warm under heavy use, which is expected for a hub this capable. However, the metal chassis does an excellent job dissipating heat, and I've never had any concerns about it running too hot. It's clearly a thoughtful design choice that sets this apart from cheaper plastic alternatives. For the price, this is an outstanding hub. If you're looking for a reliable, well-built docking station that handles dual monitors and a full suite of peripherals without breaking a sweat — this is the one. Highly recommended.

It was perfect for about 8 months, but then my screen started blacking out randomly while I was on work Teams calls. Now it blacks out, grays out, flashes, etc., many times a day. It's completely unreliable. When it worked, it was great, but it simply didn't hold up over time. *Update 10/17/24* The customer service team has reached out proactively several times to try and help troubleshoot the situation. They have offered to replace if the problem continues. As of now, the product is stable again. Based on how supportive they have been, I'm bumping back up to 4/5 stars. Good work by their support team.

This docking station had some issues with the HDMI ports; however, customer service was very responsive and provided a replacement unit. The replacement has worked well for me so far after about one month of use. This docking station has a nice selection of ports. I primarily use it to connect my Dell computer to a dual monitor setup consisting of two Dell 4K monitors. It is capable of connecting to two 4K monitors @ 60 Hz or one 4K monitor @ 120 Hz. Pass through charging has worked without any issues.

Great dock! I tested all the ports as soon as I received it, and everything works perfectly with my MacBook. It is very versatile, supporting two 4K monitors, USB-C for both power and data, an SD card slot, and impressively 10Gbps USB, and a 1Gbps Ethernet port! Given its versatility and high-performance ports, it is truly worth the price!

Very impressed with this, especially at the price available from the open box/like new option ($26) More ports available than any other miniature dock/replicator I've seen. Supports my Steam Deck at 4k/120 to an HDTV via HDMI. HDR even works without issue. Probably the best and cheapest dock available on the market.

The abilities of this USB-C docking station appear to match the hype with only 1 exception: I've purchased two of these and both ended up with the same fate so I no longer think it's a coincidence: after a couple of months the pass-through-charging suddenly stopped working and hasn't worked since. While this is only one issue of the many excellent features that this USB-C docking station continues to deliver well on, since this was one of the primary reasons I bought this product, I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 stars because this was a critical feature for what I personally needed it for.

Works great for older USB things. Running a MacBook Pro Max M1. I started having wonky things happen when I got 2 external HDMI monitors and ran 2 brand new HDMI to USB-C cables from the hub to monitors. Was thinking that would free up the 3 built in ports for power and the other 2 for other things. Buuuuuuut this hub didn't work so I swapped out those cables for 2 new HDMI to HDMI cables. At first seemed to work but every day I have one of the monitors sleep and it won't get any signal unless I restart computer. So I tried all the workarounds on settings and ran one HDMI directly off computer. Same issue. Come to find this hub doesn't re initiate the "handshake" (macOS never re-negotiates the video path after sleep) for monitors unless you restart the computer. Soooo came to the answer after way too much time chasing the issues. Hubs with DisplayLink technology (often a bit more expensive) reliably drive two extended monitors (not just mirrored displays) on Macs. I guess having a hub with it's own power supply would make overall usability better as well. Bummed I spent for this one as It goes for $69 and only works for really basic things. I could get a dual monitors hub for under $30 or an actual hub that does what I really need (flexibility for whatever I need to plug in when I need it for $72. Sooooo I would defiantly NOT recommend as this hub just doesn't really have the real world connectivity that it boasts.

Two years this February 2026 using it as primary and only dock with my work laptop with at least 8 hours every day. Zero problems so far. I will add more to this review later but wanted to express how satisfied I am with this dock. I see there is only one unit left and I am not sure if seller will restock it but if you are looking for a very reliable dock with tons of connectivity options, go for it. You will thank yourself.
