UrbanHello Remi – The Best Alarm Clock for Learning to Sleep More – Audio Babyphone – Sleep Monitoring – Night Light – Music Speaker – Blue

I got this via the initial Kickstarter launch about 18 months ago. It’s been pretty good overall and the features have expanded over those 18 months and I believe it’s still being continually worked on to make sure bugs/issues are resolved. The sleep tracker is good and the ability to play songs is great. The ability to use it as a monitor and listen in on the room is also good. We did have an issue recently where the REMI stopped working with an error code but after contacting support, they quickly sent instructions on how to fix it and even though the product is out of warranty I found this excellent as they had no obligation to do so. Overall I find this product excellent. However, I paid less than half of the RRP during the Kickstarter campaign, I’m not sure if I’d spend over £90 on this.

Seems like a great idea,but my unit keeps losing the pairing so I have to pair it again. Which isn't great when I'm not near the unit. I don't have to do this with any other product so it must be a fault with the product.Also when listening to my child in the bedtime mode it stays on for 10 seconds then switches off,so I have to press the talk button make a loud noise on the mic and then it switches back on. So is it worth the money? I'm not too sure.

Rémi has given us our nights back! It has all the functions a tired parent could dream of, and for French speaking kids, a wide selection of stories in French and English. It is a true companion for your kid: when Remi sleeps, you sleep. Great stories for bed time. Soft music for falling asleep and/or waking up in the morning. And the possibility to upload any music/storytelling you’d like for day time. Better sleep for parents, less screen time for kids, user friendly app, comforting presence at night, it’s all there. Our only regret is we didn’t get it earlier!

I bought this for my 9 year old son. He wanted a clock for his bedroom that could also play music. He's also very much into robots, so he loves the face that lets him know when its time to wake up or keep sleeping. After a few weeks of use, this has helped everyone stay in bed longer on the weekends! So, a few points about this device for parents: It's described as a baby monitor, but it is so much more than that! Yes, it allows you to listen in on your child's room through your smartphone. But, it also let's you speak with your child through the REMI using the smartphone app like a walkie-talkie. This feature alone had my son running to his bedroom quickly at bedtime so that we can continue being silly as he fell asleep. The REMI has sensors that measure both the room temperature and sound levels. I wish we had this when he was an infant! There were so many nights when we were wondering if he was waking up because it was too warm, too cold, or if some sound startled him. With the REMI, you can simply look at the graphs that are provided to understand if temperature or sound are culprits to your baby waking up at 3AM. And, of course, the main feature of this device is the ability to help train your child with healthy sleep habits. This is such an important issue especially these days when our children are over scheduled and overstimulated with electronic devices! It's awesome that we can use one to undo the damaging effects of the other devices. Through the app, you set your child's bedtime and wake time schedules for both weekdays and weekends. If your child happens to wake up too early, he/she looks at the face on the clock to know if it's time to get up or just go back to sleep. If the face is sleeping, then the child knows to go back to sleep. If the face is awake, then the child knows it's okay to get out of bed. This has helped our son sleep an extra hour or two on weekends. That small difference makes a big difference in his mood throughout the day! I'm very pleasantly surprised by the features of this device and at this price point. It is a WiFi device with Bluetooth for playing music. You can also download music to it. It has a built-in night light. The lighting levels can be controlled through the app to make it dimmer or brighter as desired. The night light is smart enough to turn on during the sleep schedule in a dark room, and off when it's time to wake up. And you can track your child's sleeping environmental conditions. Definitely worth buying!

J'ai offert ce réveil à mon petit garçon, il adore son nouveau copain de sommeil Remi ! En plus les histoires que Remi raconte sont très belles !

Les plus : - Produit français. - Adaptable au rythme et croissance de l'enfant. - A propos des ondes : soucieux de la santé et sécurité de l'enfant. Quelques détails : Pourquoi : Nous cherchions un réveil pour notre fils car il a tendance a nous réveiller très tôt le matin (6h...) parce qu'il n'est plus fatigué. Difficile aussi de faire comprendre à un enfant de 4/5 ans que le WE, quand il fait encore nuit (en hivers, détail très important), il peut continuer à dormir ET la semaine d'école il faut se lever à 7h... alors qu'il fait encore nuit... Nous avions vérifié plusieurs modèle sur le Web, leur praticité, les différents avis des modèles. Nous nous sommes lancé sur ce modèle. Commande / réception : Reçu très rapidement, colis intact. Installation : L'installation du UrbanHello a été un peu compliquée du fait de la sécurité de notre réseau Internet/Ethernet au domicile ; rappel : UrbanHello a besoin d'un accès WiFi dès le branchement pour s'initialiser. Un mail au support (réactif) m'a permis de récupérer les infos nécessaires et tout fonctionne parfaitement. L'application UrbanHello sur mobile est simple d'utilisation. C'est lui qui pilote le tout. Installé sans problème sur un SmartPhone Androide (A5 pour être exact). Utilisation en cours : Nous l'utilisons pour le moment comme réveil éducatif. Le programmation des différents créneaux "debout" / "au dodo" sont très simples et il peut y en avoir plusieurs (semaine de vacance / scolaire par exemple). Le tout est de bien s'organiser. Le principe a rapidement été adopté par notre fils. J'ai juste tester très rapidement le bluetooth pour la musique : ça fonctionne. Les comptines n'ont pas encore été testées. Nous n'avons pas encore mis de son/lumière de réveil, c'est possible, et c'est la prochaine étape ! Nous ne l'utilisons pas comme babyphone*, pas besoin vu l'âge du filston. Quelques remarques : - J'avais un peu peur de la lumière dégagée par UrbanHello, notre fils dort dans le noir total. Elle est adaptative selon la luminosité ; forte s'il y a de la lumière, très faible quand il n'y en a pas. Le tout réglable si vous constatez un défaut (en tout cas, les manipulations sont dans le mode d'emploi, je n'en ai pas eu besoin). - * -> le mode babyphone fonctionne bien, pour l'avoir testé. Cela nécessite de garder le WiFi actif sur UrbanHello ET d'avoir votre Smartphone à proximité. Il est possible de désactiver le WiFi du UrbanHello, mais dans ce cas il n'est plus possible de l'utiliser en babyphone.

Inmiddels hebben wij na positief gebruik 2 Remi’s bij gekocht zodat al onze kinderen een eigen Remi hebben. Sinds het gebruik van deze wekker slapen blijven ze s ochtends beter in bed liggen. Hierdoor zijn zij en wij beter uitgerust. Het enige nadeel is dat de wekker erg prijzig is.
