Worst purchase and seller EVER!
I ordered this battery charging case, it arrived in good time, however when i decided to use it, i noticed it did not charge my phone, i tried to charge the case, that did not work either. When i looked inside the box, i noticed that the ring holder was broken. I contacted the company who were very rude, told me that i had broken it myself. Im not petty and i dont have time to waste! Looking at previous reviews ut seems as though the ring holder breaks easily.The customer service is ridiculous and the quality of the product isnt great! I really would not reccommend this product.

BAD QUALITY BATTERY
I used for around two weeks and after following the instructions it is still not working properly . This external battery has been fully charged and after placing my iPhone is in it and holding the external battery power button for few seconds it appears to charge the iPhone for around 10 seconds and then stops . WASTE OF MONEY

Broke after 2 months.
Worked for 2 months then the battery in the case swollen and stopped working. Tried contacting seller and amazon but no reply. Waste of money.

Great bit of kit!
This has been a very helpful charger case, fits well and works well and if I had one negative it's that it can be a bit of a pain to get off the phone again!! But great for the money! Thank you :-)

Poor quality, thick and heavy.
Cheap and flimsy. The ring on the back broke as soon as I tried lifting it as it was just glued in. Quite heavy and very thick.

It does not protect your phone properly and the case has already swollen after 3 months of use.
The charger is to heavy
