I really had no issues printing any of the Elegoo silks. I used an outer and top layer speed of 30 for maximum shine on my Bambu A1 w/AMS lite. Galaxy Black is my absolutely favorite filament. It's not BLACK so much as maybe dark dark dark blue, and with such wonderful sparklies through it! The elegoo silver looks ok, but still looks like shiny plastic more than silver. The elegoo gold is definitely too yellow. It does NOT look metallic. Pretty, but not gold. The elegoo copper (the tag on my spool said bronze) looks FANTASTIC! Absolutely pulls off the copper look. That's my 2nd favorite silk PLA. The multi-color silks turn out very nice...one color from one angle, the other color from another. Only on very rare occasion has there been some problem with the color transition on the finished model.

This filament printed perfectly on my bamboo lab A1. We loved this color filament for a lot of our Project Hail Mary prints. We printed the hail. Mary spaceship and Grace and it looks really cool! It has an almost sparkle built into this black filament. It really does look like a Galaxy texture. It is really cool! We will definitely be using this filament again.

Some prints it really sparkles, and some it barely does at all. I think you need to print it slow for more sparkle, but still experimenting to get the most out of it. I printed some rings out of it and you can barely tell they're not black, nevermind glittery. But I printed something else and its crazy sparkly.

This filament is absolutely stunning. The photos truly don’t do it justice. We printed a Benchy specifically to see how the sparkle would show, and the results were beyond impressive. The filament printed smoothly with excellent adhesion throughout the process, and the finished piece has a beautiful glisten that almost seems to glow when it catches the light. It adds incredible depth and visual interest to prints and will make for some truly eye-catching finished pieces. I’m extremely impressed with both the quality and the final appearance and will definitely be using this filament again.

Great filament! prints come out looking good. I did have some issues with bed adhesion, I did a few good prints with no issue using my normal settings, then all of a sudden it won't print using those settings. I upped the temperatures on both the hot end and the bed and it worked just fine. It did clog up my nozzle on my ender 3, but it was about due to be changed so i'm not too surprised about that.

I was using gray PETG PRO filament for a but but when I switched to this color for a project it looked so amazing and well printed. I would recommend this and the other galaxy colors for anyone wanting that beautiful color shift effect.

It prints really nicely, and the color is pretty, but this is not black. I was skeptical from the pictures and they are accurate. It’s much more of a deep dark blue. Attached photos have the galaxy black I was trying to replicate.

This type of brand is compatible with the old & new 3D printers and its very smooth and clean

This is good quality filament and has printed very cleanly for me. I have not had issues with stringing, voids, or contamination, which makes it easy to trust for regular printing. There is also a great selection of colors to choose from.

UPDATE: the company reached out to me and asked for note of the batch number . Also they have arranged to send another roll out . A fast response for Elegoo and a great way to keep cusmters coming back. Bought this filament to use with the new Centauri carbon... First I have to say the filament is fantastic. It's brings clean and looks great. The not so good and hopefully it's a one off is the way it was spooled. I had several prints where the layers were poorly covered due to the filament being tangled. I now watch for the filament reaching the one side of the roll and unroll it as needed to get by the tangles .

I 100% recommend this filament .I had no problem with adhesion at all. The colour is truly amazing. I will be ordering again and again for sure.

I love this filament, it produces great results and I love the sparkle! Only trouble is there are some thin strings left over from printing, be prepared to scrub them off. Other than that issue I have no complaints and I love this stuff so much it's totally worth it
