My comfiest shoes!! WHITIN canvas!
I absolutely love the canvas WHITIN shoes! And this color in particular is so easy to match anything casual with! WHITIN shoes have now become my favorite brand! I literally have ~20 pairs, for each season and event of the day! Thank you, WHITIN, for your colors, different faabrics, and soles, the quality and durability and comfort of your shoes! I generally wear size 7 1/2 -8. And these are an 8 wide. Great fit for me, especially because I can lace up and tighten the arch area, yet these shoes allow my toes to breathe and stay active!

LOVE! - Very wide toe box, removable insoles, adjustable with laces, lightweight, flexible
These are perfect for me. I have congenital curly toes - my fourth toe is rotated sideways and bent so that it underlaps the third tow, on both feet. With normal shoes, I get blisters on those underlapping toes. These shoes let me spread my toes out so there is minimal underlapping, and they let me wiggle my toes as much as I like, or fit lambs wool between them if I'm going to be on my feet all day for several days in a row. They also have removable insoles, which is necessary for my flexible flat feet - I cannot tolerate any arch support, or closed cell foam or memory foam insoles, as they put pressure on normally nonweight bearing areas of my feet. The laces (6 eyelets' worth) enable me to customize the fit over the midfoot (instep), and the eyelet placket does not rub the top of my foot the ways shoes do that have a seam at the base of the tongue. The shoes are lightweight and flexible and very non-slip (at least until the sole wears out). I've scheduled a doctor appointment to get a prescription for these for work, so I can be exempted from having to wear nonslip shoes from an approved vendor (all of which are the wrong shape for my feet and/or have nonremovable insoles). They are also affordably priced. My last pair had a minor manufacturing defect that caused the tongue of one shoe to always want to slide over annoyingly, but I tacked it down with some thread and that worked for about 10 months, by which point the soles were starting to wear so it was time to buy another pair anyway. I just re-ordered in a grey that matches my work uniform (last ones were white), and they have no manufacturing defects that I've noticed so far, fit and feel great, and look sharp (IMO). I just hope I can keep getting them with all of the tariff and trade shenanigans going on. They are made in China.

Comfy shoes, but...
The shoes fit nicely and are comfortable, but...the soles squeak like crazy! I feel like I'm playing basketball! Any ideas how to stop the squeaking?? Otherwise, I love the shoes!!

Comfortable cheap barefoot shoes with some big issues
Overall these have been very comfortable. The sizing was a bit off, as my usual size turned out to be pretty tight on me even if I removed the inserts (EU 41) but the next size up (EU 42) is fairly loose. It seems as though they need to make the size gap between those two adjacent sizes a little less, or they should offer a between-size option. The laces are not great quality and have already started fraying, as have a few other parts of the shoe, and I've had them less than 2 months. Nothing has completely fallen apart though and I'm curious to see how long they actually hold together. The sole of the shoe is a nice grippy material which provides great traction. The only downside is that it squeaks and screeches horribly if you are walking on hard surfaces such as grocery store floors or tile floors or even hardwood floors. If it doesn't bother you to occasionally hear your shoes let out the death shriek of the beasts of the Nazgul, then these are for you. The canvas is a lovely texture. Unfortunately it seems to collect all the dirt without the benefit of allowing any air through, so despite not being waterproof in the slightest, the shoes will keep your feet extremely moist and sweaty no matter what socks you pair with them. And they'll look years old after wearing them for a week. The inserts provide a surprising amount of cushion for how thin they are. I would like them a lot if they did not keep sliding out from under my feet as I walk, inching up the back of the shoe and creating a most aggravating discomfort under the toes where the tip of the insert rubs against them. (See pictures of the insert slid up against the heel of the shoe.) We've glued the inserts in one pair with shoe glue and that has worked great, so if you're ready to sink some extra money into making the inserts functional, bully for you I guess. The shoes have really been extremely comfortable right from the get-go, but they do seem to have some glaring problems and aren't the highest quality. At all. By the time you buy new laces for them and shoe glue for the inserts you might as well just buy a pair from Saguaro or Splay or Wildling or Vivobarefoot or something. Maybe that's an exaggeration, but I honestly was not expecting all of these issues, and I probably won't buy these shoes again unless they get some improvements.

SO GOOD - I BOUGHT THEM TWICE
Comfort, Lightweight, Breathable, Good Grip Honestly, I can’t say enough about these shoes and I’m so glad I bought them. For the $40 price, you’d think it’d come in better packaging but I can easily overlook that since I don’t keep my shoe boxes and I never want to take them off. For reference, I’m 5ft. and seem to have stop growing in 4th grade which includes my little hobbit feet. So finding these, was a blessing. The toe box is roomy, their light and could cover any casual wear/athletic venture. Plus I love the canvas material, however you might want to invest in a shoe protectant because of it. I live in the woods and my dirt driveway has not been kind to them. I’m usually a 6 or 6 1/2 in women’s but I was able to order these in a 5.5 (size 36). My toes are closer to the front but still not touching it all the way but, I had to be mindful of keeping shorter toe nails because when mine grew out I debated if I made the right choice in size, I DID SO NO WORRIES. I wish the brand considered ambassadors cause I’ve been ranting and raving about these little guys. Oh, and that they came in more colors!

Best decision switching to Withins, obsessed
This is my third pair I ordered. The within barefoot shoes changed my life! I switched a year ago, since I couldn’t find comfortable shoes for serving. I always felt like walking funny, “insecure”, wobbly and just not like walking naturally. It was because I have wide feet that I used to squish into tight sneakers deforming my toes. Today, after 1 year barefoot shoes, barefoot sandals in summer and wide boots in winter, my pinky toes are able to touch the ground again. My lower back pain is gone completely and my posture and walking are naturally and healthy. I like the look of them, how comfortable they are, that they’re true to size and affordable. I just had to replace them after a year blank because I walked the soles blank (serving outside). Also love the canvas material, you can easily wash them. I just switched the laces to no tie elastic shoe laces, so it’s easier to put them on and have them in perfect fit. If you’re struggling with knee or back pain issues, give them a try! They fixed what doctors never could.

Came with dirt/dye stains. Very cheap despite the price. Wide toe box but not wide shoe
I was excited to try my first barefoot, zero drop sneakers. Anya's Reviews and Reddit suggested Whitin for affordable and first pair barefoot shoes. I had sandal slip ons in the past, so I was excited to try a new pair of shoes from Whitin. They came with some sort of market or dye stains on them, plus dirt like they had been worn. That was my main reason for returning them. They are really cheap quality which wasn't a huge surprise since it is Amazon sneakers. You get what you pay for! But the marker, dirt, dye stain was really weird. Fit wise, I would suggest sizing up depending on the thickness of the socks you will wear with these. I had on really thin toe socks with these and these felt just as restrictive as regular shoes. The expanded toe box helped a little, but the rest of the shoe didn't feel flat, wide foot accommodating and narrow like the rest of shoes. These are zero drop I think? They have a bit of thickness compared to standard zero drop, barefoot sneakers but you could probably take out the soles if you wanted to. There is zero arch support since they are zero drop, barefoot shoes. These honestly look really cheap and you can do better for the price point for a pair of actual barefoot, wide toe box, and zero drop shoes. Like, way better.

Comfortable for everyday wear
I love these barefoot shoes. The wide toe box gives my feet plenty of room and theyre light weight and comfortable to wear all day. I wore it to disneyland the whole day. Great quality for the price and easy to style with everything! 10/10

Nice looking, comfortable shoe!
I have a lot of barefoot shoes and I like them all but these are a pair of my favourites. Nice wide toe box without looking ridiculous. Thin and flexible soles so you can feel the ground you’re walking on. They’re just a nice looking shoe. I did find that they run slightly small and if I were to buy another pair (which I will!) I would go with a half size bigger.

SUPER RECOMENDADO

Volveré a comprar Whitin!

Finally!
I’ve finally found a wide toe box shoe! I have a bunion and it’s so hard to find shoes that are comfortable and that don’t make the problem worse by squeezing the toes together. These are just a nice pair of sneakers that feel good and they don’t look as obvious as I thought they would. I would buy these again!
