The Pop-Up Dear Zoo: With a pop-up animal on every page!

Nice book, good pop up animals and descriptive words for them. very enjoyable and suitable for young children this was a favorite of my nephews as he was into lions, monkeys, giraffes and snakes etc. was nice to read to him and do the animal actions and sounds to match the descriptions.

My babies favourite book since she was 5months (now 9 months), has helped her to develop her motor skills buy opening up the pop outs. I have to read it over and over again

2 year old son loves this book. It’s his “go to” book when he wants to sit and read something he can join in with. Loves the pop up characters immensely.

Lovely book for young children, they can learn such a lot from it. I brought it for my granddaughter who is 13months & she loves it.! She has the concept of opening the flaps & it's a lovely to sit together reading it.. I would recommend it.

I bought this tle for my granddaughter and she loved it, so I have bought it for my niece, but I did not realise that this was also a pop up book so it is even better. Great book for young children.

It took me a few weeks to decide that the premise of this book is highly questionable.The kid asks for a pet. They send one and its sent back because it's too big. The next one's too tall, then too fierce, scary, naughty, grumpy, jumpy(!?)...it sends a message that pets are dispensable and that the ones we choose as our friends and partners need to be perfect.It encourages children to instantly judge people in a highly shallow way.As for how a foster child would react to this I shudder to think. They already feel rejected by their parents, and if they've been rejected by one of more potential adopters then this book would surely just reinforce their view of themselves which is that their must be something wrong with them for everyone to keep rejecting them so many times. A horrific thought.If I'd written this book without thinking about any of this, I'd have it taken out of shops and never get it republished - even if it meant losing a large part of my income.

Fabulous book for young kids with elements of surprise & discovery on every page. Loved reading it to my kids. Even when they knew each page off by heart they still loved it. Bought two for friends when young kids.

Perfect for next generation of our family . Read to my son and now about to read to new grandchild.

Libro sencillito pero muy recomendable para aprender en inglés los colores, los tamaños y los animales. A los peques les encanta.

Pas contente du tout, il manque des animaux entiers dans le pop up ou certains éléments d'animaux ( tête...). Vraiment déçue!
