Absalout joke. I would give this product no stars if I could. DO NOT waste your money on this. I followed instructions to the letter and IT DID NOT WORK!. I did not have a dark box dye like black, I had a brown on my hair, and it didn't even touch it or even lift it slightly. The buffer dries out your hair to where it becomes like straw, and it doesn't even have a conditioner to put on your hair after everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I am actually surprised and shocked amazon are letting this product continue to be sold after all the bad reviews and the lies and false advertising of it. Absolutely shocking and disgusting this product is. The smell also is horrendous, and here is a tip, if you do choose this product, open up windows and doors and make sure there is plenty of fresh air, cause if you don't, you will struggle to breath and become light headed and dizzy from it. What a joke of a product.

Bought honey blonde hair dye yesterday box had been opened,some one had changed dye in it, when l put it on my graying hair turned it black,so upset l order over night from Amazon and came today 19 May 2026 follow instructions to the letter,so pleased it's taken all dark colour out now golden blonde.

This didnt work i used five on my hair and it wouldn't lift the dye it smells horrible i would not buy or use again it did remove some colour but majority of it stayed in my hair

Bought this hoping it would remove redish purple perm dye out of my blonde hair before i redye it dark blonde which is my natural colour waste of time and money did not work just made my hair smell disgusting and made it more frizzy than normal feels awful and red colour is still there after following all the instruction and times ☹🤬 jxo

I’ve used the same dye for many years decided To try another make, big mistake! made my colour navy blue instead of blonde, so tried Provoke and it worked perfectly I’m back to my blonde hair, so for me it got 5stars.

Didn't work at removing dark purple hair colour after using two boxes

PLEASE DON'T BUY, COULDN'T EVEN RETURN... After reading the reviews I had mixed feelings about ordering, for the price I thought why not just give it a go, I bought two boxes just incase I needed more than I thought. Followed instructions, saturated my hair, all though the smell wasn't as bad as others I've tried, it did absolutely nothing to my hair didn't even lighten it up what so ever.. absolute waste of money don't recommend, if I was to buy a colour remover again it would have to be the superdrug version.

One of the better colour strippers out there. Does have a bit of an odd smell but it is in no way overpowering like other brands. Easy to us3 and worked quite well, although I'd recommend getting two if you are trying to remove a "wild" colour. Good value for money compared to other brands.

Ich habe von Natur aus hellbraune Haare. Vor ein paar Monaten hatte ich dunkelbraun gefärbt und wollte nun wieder zurück zu der ursprünglichen Farbe. Ich habe mich genau an die Anweisung auf der Anleitung gehalten. Ich habe die Lösung 1 Stunde lang einwirken lassen und auch 10 Minuten ausgespült. Leider konnte ich nach dieser Tortur KEINEN UNTERSCHIED zu vorher sehen. Mein Rat: spart euch eure Zeit und das Geld . Das Produkt hat extrem gefloppt 👎🏼

Je n'ai pas perdu un ton de couleur et ma littéralement séché les cheveux, je l'avais utilisé il y a longtemps et ça fonctionnait mais plus maintenant apparemment...

Ahimè devo confermare le recensioni negative.. ho già utilizzato il remover (di altre marche) diverse volte quindi ero abbastanza fiduciosa, ho seguito le istruzioni della confezione, dovevo togliere semplicemente uno strato di castano troppo scuro per rendere omogenea la base per la prossima tinta. Purtroppo oltre al classico odore di uovo marcio e prodotti chimici (aprite le finestre quando lo usate) non ho ottenuto risultati sul colore dei capelli. È un peccato perché di solito riesco a rimediare a questi piccoli difetti senza andare dal parrucchiere, ma stavolta non credo abbia funzionato. Confermo, come scritto sulla confezione, che non funziona su tinte colorate temporanee (ho qualche ciocca azzurra fatta con una maschera colorata e non è stata scalfita minimamente, ma già sapevo che non avrebbe funzionato). Lascia i capelli leggermente secchi ma nulla di eccessivo!
