This book is good for those men that may not be as self-confident as they could be, and this can help. Many people can claim it is their BIBLE, and I guess to some it is. This is a great book and I would recommend this book.

The book focuses on the alpha male which the author states is someone who charms, attracts, achieves, and delivers. This book will teach you how to become more confident, communicate better, improve your appearance, attract women and keep them interested, how to go after your goals, and more. The author covers what traits can be unattractive such as the need for approval, submissive body language, and more. On the other hand traits of an alpha male include assertiveness, being a gentleman to the core, trust, and more. The author teaches you how it all starts within and accepting yourself. You want to be kind to yourself, be mindful of your mindset, and be open to growth. In the book you learn steps to become alpha male such as building mental resilience, confidence, the benefits of meditating, self-discipline and much more.

The book is not worth spending on. There's less than forty or thirty pages but the book does not make any sense to me.

Insiteful, direct, informative, and easy to understand. Mr. Sean makes it easy to understand the attitudes and habits to becoming an alpha male in real life. 5/5 would recommend if you're searching for a perspective on male behavior.
