What’s the difference from the last model 2006

This one is shorter so it can be used in tighter work spaces (undersink)

Is the 57003 really an upgrade of the 66807 or are they for different purposes?

They are both for sinks and faucets but it is not an upgrade. It is a different size installer.

What size Adjustable wrench would you need to grip this EZ wrench and have more torque?

I'm not able to measure the width right now, but id suggest maybe an oil filter strap type wrench.
