This review was delayed because I got sick with a terrible respiratory infection. I love this product. To start with I received a counterfeit brace from a third party shipper. I did not know it at the time but FY was out of stock so some other company stepped in. I was very unhappy with it. Totally not as represented. When I notified FY Posture that I was unhappy with their product, I was told that it wasn't theirs. They sent one to me at no charge. FY's Customer Service is second to none. This is the kind of service that is rarely seen anymore. I also received follow up emails asking if I had any questions and if everything was ok. I highly recommend this Posture Corrector Brace from FY Posture. It is easy to put on by yourself and works very well. If you are in the market for a posture brace, look no further. I can't say enough good things about it.

i do LOVE that it really does help with posture but the material is stratchy on your skin. a softer more pleasant material would be a huge improvement

I really like the purpose of this brace. It definitely pulls your shoulders back and helps me stand up straight. Does exactly what it is suppose to do. I have a bad right shoulder so I know this is why it causes me pain, but a bit more padding on the back support would be great. Not much you can do for padding under the arm, as it must put pressure somewhere since that is its purpose. I think if I were a tad bit smaller it would be perfect.But if you are looking for a small, discreet way to improve your posture, tho so the way to go.

Before encountering this product, I work a 9-5 job at an office with a computer and desk so I am seated most of the time. This affected my posture severely as I had a hunched back. When I opened the package, it came with with the brace and a QR code that links to a tutorial on how to properly wear the brace. I simply put it on like a backpack and wear it for 15 minutes a day. It adds tightness to my shoulder whenever my shoulder moves forward so it encourages me to straighten my back. Over a week of wearing this brace and I am slowly seeing my posture gradually improve. This is a great product and I recommend it to anyone needing to improve their posture.

The product is not comfortable at all. It digs in and becomes uncomfortable after a short while. I think that’s why the instructions say to do it for a short period of time because I believe that’s all you’ll be able to handle. Pretty soon you’ll find yourself straightening yourself to avoid wearing this thing. I gave it two stars because it does push your shoulders back. It does what it says it will do but minus the comfortable part. I gave myself a headache putting it and taking it off for adjustment. You can wear this thing without any help but if you’re not flexible, you might struggle. Forget about wearing this under your clothes while working. I’d get fed up really fast with the constant feeling of tightness under my armpits and shoulder. Also, this thing will ride your shirt up. So in order to get a nice fitting shirt and this on without having to adjust your shirt and the product is near impossible.I’d say try it out and see what you think but for me personally this thing is incredibly uncomfortable to wear for longer than 5 minutes.

This thing is like wearing a belt that's too small and too tight, or for ladies imagine a bra like that. I could never get the right adjustment. The straps would always get turned. It cuts into your armpits. It would be tangled and too hard to put on. It was very uncomfortable and not worth the effort. I ended up just throwing it away.

As with most who purchased a posture corrector, I have back problems -- a rounded back that makes it difficult to stand straight with my shoulders back. I've worn this brace for a few days, and really like the way the support eliminates my lower back pain. In the beginning, you only wear it for about 20 minutes daily and then work your way up to longer wear. a day.At first, it made my neck sore, most likely because my neck isn't used to being in the right place -- back where it belongs. All I can say is I believe this posture corrector will really help me stand straighter. My S/O tried it, and also liked it, so I ordered another posture corrector for him. I'm happy with the purchase of this brace.

Works pretty well, but gets to be uncomfortable in a short time. Shoulder straps twist and then get thin and start digging in. Also, back part rides up high on neck. Was hoping for something I could wear all day, but no way I could do that with this product. 3 stars because it does keep the shoulders back a bit.
