Golf pros, cruise ships, and cat choirs—Max just wants a nap. Max never asked for this life of adventure. One minute he’s dealing with Brutus’s identity crisis (the tomcat now thinks he’s a dog), and the next, Odelia gets herself tangled up in a high-stakes divorce case involving a cheating golf star and a very angry wife. Things don’t calm down from there. When Odelia brings Max and Dooley along on her honeymoon cruise—yes, honeymoon cruise—Max is forced to endure swaying decks, clueless tourists, and a serious lack of personal space. And when island-hopping turns into mystery-hopping, Max finds himself investigating more than just buffet options. Back on dry land, the chaos continues as Harriet ropes the feline choir into a “purrfectly” ill-conceived collaboration with the local church choir. Let’s just say not every note is in harmony—and neither are the cats. This omnibus edition includes Purrfect Swing , Purrfect Cruise , and Purrfect Harmony —three cozy capers filled with tropical mishaps, musical mayhem, and Max’s signature brand of feline exasperation. Review: Cozy cat mystery - Odelia and Chase finally get their honeymoon, taking Max and Dooley with them on a cruise. When there is a death on board they are asked to help investigate. Upon returning home they find the town beset by serial burglars, one which leads to murder. All hands and paws are on deck to solve these cases. In the last book gran hires a flakey interior decorator and the new choir director is found murdered. Review: Wonderful read as usual - I am soo happy to be able to get several books in a series in one book! This was a real brain teaser, I couldn't identify the guilty party right off! It was a page turner and the thought of human choir, cat choir and also dog choir getting together was hilarious. Looking forward to the rest of this series!

A fun series
This is a fun and original series. I love Max the cat as narrator. Also, there are over 70 books in the series and they’re free in KU.

Max does it again
I love the Max character. I think it's about time that Duley gains some maturity. And grandma should touch earth more often. They are all fun.

summer reading
The Max stories are charming and relaxing story telling from the viewpoint of Max the cat and his trusty sidekick Dooley. They are some very curious cats.
