Q: Will this fit in a nanuk 935?

No sure, but for sure is poor quality. The zippers break very easily. is a cheap China version.

Q: How does it stick to the lid? Just velcro with one side attached to the lid?

Theres Velcro strips that you attached to the lid and to the organizer. Its pretty strong, I often have a difficult time pulling it off the lid.
