Its waistband is very wide and big. I thought it could tighten the belly, but it turned out that its elasticity is very loose and cannot achieve the effect of tightening the body. If the washing machine washes it too much, I am worried that the elastic band will lose its original elasticity. Unable to wear it normally. But its fabric is very good, it feels very comfortable to the touch, and it is designed with anti-slip pants inside, so you don't have to worry about your exposure when you make big moves. Absolutely love the color of these shorts. I love how the waist band is and I love the fit of them. I recommend washing them before wearing because they do have a weird smell at first.

ETA: These amazing shorts DO have a pocket on the right leg, on the tighter under layer. I just didn't see it. They would still be a five star product even without pockets. These are cute and flow nicely and are a beautiful color. But the sizing was very big. I ordered a large based on the size chart and even then was concerned they might not fit. However they are very stretchy and way too big.

Comfy but extremely unflattering…the top is super bunch and loose. I looked at the reviews and decided to sized down , not suite if they was the best idea since the waistband hits at an awkward spot for my body. Probably will not leave the house in these but good for lounging. The purple color is very cute.

I really wish these shorts were true to size because the scrunchy elastic waist is very cute, and I like the matching liner shorts beneath the flowy shorts. The mint green color is true to the pictures and very pretty. But these are way too big, and the sizing is not accurate. The extra small says it fits a 20-22 inch waist and 30-32 inch hip, but that is not accurate. I am 4'11", 122 lbs, and have a 23-inch waist and 35-inch hips, and I am swimming in these. There is so much extra fabric at the hip-to-waist region, and the elastic waist portion is much too loose. These shorts are not flattering and do not look like the model shown in the seller's pictures. I wish these were a true extra small, but these fit more like a small instead, and I won't be able to wear them.

Nice fit, a lot of elastic, but its soft elastic, not the hard kind that hurts after a bit of wear. It looks like a skirt at first glance, and can be dressed up a bit or just worn comfortably around the house. It's more flattering than I expected. I would buy more colors
