Did not prevent loss after surgery
I bought these because I had gastric sleeve surgery and was told my hair would fall out. I took these to try prevent hair loss, it did not help at all. It also did change the texture or strength of my hair so I stopped taking them. On the other hand they taste nice and are easier to take than other supplements. For reference my hair is dark and thick anyway and this may work better or you may see better results with thinner hair. I'm not sure but for what I purchased it for it did not work for me.
