Q: Are these sheets very wrinkled after washing and drying?

They did wrinkle after laundering. However, they are cotton and that is expected. The wrinkles went away on day two after being on the bed.

Q: is it made of cotton?

It's pointless to even ask these questions on Amazon any more because they link questions and reviews to so many dissimilar items. I clicked on this because the seafoam 100% cotton standard king sheet set is on sale. I didn't want seafoam color so I click on the other colors. Instead of giving me the same sheet set in another color for the same price, Some are different fabrics, Some are just pillowcases, Some are different size sheet sets, every color is a different price. It feels very deceptive. So don't even believe the people are answering your question because everyone is buying a different product.

Q: Do the sheets stay cool - like if you move your legs under the covers, do they feel cool/cold to where you move your legs to?

I was worried about them being hot because they feel heavy, but I was pleased to find they are not hot. And this is the middle of the summer with air-conditioning and fans to stay cool.

Q: Do they pile up being they are a sateen weave?

They lay very goo. Haven't noticed any piling.
