I used it for conference call with Zoom, Team and Google, it is working well in all platform. The speaker sound is clear and not too loud. The volume and mute controls are simple and easy to reach. I like it so far. Only if it has a rechargeable battery will be terrific.

Plus: It's small. Palm-sized. My coworker saw the case and thought I had bought a new set of Bluetooth earbuds, because her Bluetooth earbuds have a nearly identical case. She was amazed it was a USB speakerphone, since the ones we have at the office ( Jabra Speak 410 USB Speakerphone for Skype and other VoIP calls (U.S. Retail Packaging) ) that we use for Google Meet are much larger -- nearly twice the diameter. Minus: Sound quality is not as good as the aforementioned Jabra that we have dozens of where I work. I expected it not to be as loud -- it's a smaller speaker, so that's reasonable -- but the echo cancellation hardware still isn't quite as good. I'm not sure if that's due to an inferior chipset or a lack of multiple microphones located on different sides, or what. If you get one that has an obvious echo, as if you were just using your laptop's built in speakers and microphone, it's defective. The first one I received was defective and had a horrible echo, but the seller offered to send a replacement immediately. The second one definitely doesn't have the obvious echo (I tried them one after the other in the same Google Hangout call, and the other end definitely could tell me which was the old defective one and which was the new one), but they did say that even the new one wasn't perfectly clear like the bigger speakers. More like most of their sentence was being squelched properly by the echo cancellation, but just the beginning of the first word was making it through.

Love this speaker / mic. Got it because my laptop mic stopped working. This works amazing. Actually purchased a 2nd one so I don't have to carry it back & forth for work.

I haven't used it much, but this speaker/microphone has worked fine for the first few uses. It looks nice and is easy to attach to my computer. It represents good value for its cost.

Software for the device seems a little glitchy - meaning that I have had to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it multiple times but when doing so it only takes a minute - performed reset because either the microphone and or speaker would stop working randomly - also the speaker aspect does not provide a lot of volume however if its sitting on your desk within a few feet from you it will be fine. I have not had any complaints about the microphone so I believe it is picking up my audio clearly. Item seems to be constructed well

This USB speaker phone does what it says it will do. The speaker and mic portions both seem to work well in my application. I am using it with a Kenwood repeater that does not provide speaker out or mic in, it just support a USB headset device. This speaker phone works well with it.

It works well when it works but has been extremely inconsistent and too much trouble to deal with. Plug and Play is no problem. When active on a call, the speaker emits a low noise that I can hear. It sounds like a little tiny motor. I could accept that noise but the microphone is the worst part. I have it placed on my desk about 1 foot away from me. It is sitting on my desk near my keyboard. The users on the other end say it sounds like I am far away. I tried different locations but had the same result. Finally, I propped up the speakerphone onto the side then they could hear me normally. I am now looking for something else.

I have really found this speakerphone helpful in my day to day work from home on conference calls. I’m able to “double-mute” myself, my family can see based on the light indicator on the top of the speakerphone whether I am muted or not and it’s way better than using my laptop speaker. The company was also really great replacing it for free when the first one I had simply stopped working. The only thing to note at this point is that after a lot of trouble-shooting with my IT department (and lots of updates and fixes) we figured out that my screen saver / power settings were not activating at all when the speakerphone was attached via USB (only option for this unit specifically) - regardless of whether or not it was plugged in directly to the laptop or to the docking station. No matter what the power settings were on my laptop, they didn’t work. I checked with Kaysuda support and there are no drivers to download for a fix. I love this unit a lot though, so it’s worth it to me to upgrade to their newest products and I’m hoping not to have the same issue.

This speaker arrived promptly and was well-packaged. It is much louder and clearer than the previous one we had and we are very pleased with it. Well worth the money.

Good noise-canceling speaker with a long cable to connect to the desktop for online meeting

The main reason for buying it, is that its sound is louder than the sound of laptop speakers when attending meetings, but unfortunately its sound is lower than expected. at the end not recommend from myside , and there is a brands better more than it.

I was very happy with the speakerphone for the first month, but then it become faulty and was disconnecting all the time. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacment very quickly, which was greta.
