Great unit.
This F2600 battery backup is well thought out, and also very well put together. I had initially purchased the F2000 unit, but came to realize shortly after purchasing it that it only supported Bluetooth. This makes that F2000 unit great for RV and general home use, but not with my intention to use it as a UPS to power my essential circuits when I am away. I contacted ANKER about the F2000 and after some back and forth with a representative in chat he told me that the F2000 only had Bluetooth. This was a deal breaker for me, and I then tried to cancel the shipment, but it was too late, so after receiving it I initiated a return of the original unit which was unopened through amazon. All went well Except ANKER did not want to send me a return label, and insisted that I pay shipping back to them. In the meantime I discovered on the ANKER site that this newer updated unit was available the F2600 which has both Bluetooth and especially the Wifi I needed, and I ordered one from amazon. After explaining what had happened, ANKER took care of me, and provided a shipping label to return the F2000 to them. THAT is customer service! Now regarding the F2600 unit. I have been putting it through many trials in my home. I also purchased the 260 Extension battery to double my run time. This F2600 has powered up Everything that is 120 volt that I have tried, including my gas furnace. The main thing is that it can power my full size 12 year old refrigerator, deep freezer 20+ years old, my office desktop, internet modem / router, and voip phone system as well as a LED desk light, as well as my 65 inch TV. I really like the data on the unit's display, as well as the APP, with which I can see how many watts are being consumed. Keep in mind that the estimated run time shown is only accurate at whatever the load is at any given time. With the additional expansion battery I was able to get 15.5 Hours out of the unit until I plugged it back in to charge with the expansion battery showing 1% and the F2600 showing 35% left. I set it to maximum charge rate which is 1440 watts while leaving the load the same. Initially it charged up the F2600, then it started charging the expansion battery slowly. I watched it for a while as it ramped up to almost 1400 watts. It took about 2 hours or perhaps a bit longer to charge everything up, that is Fast. Normally I charge at 400 watts to 750 watts as that is easier on the unit. It is easy to move around, but the additional weight of the expansion battery on top may over stress the pull out handle. The beauty of having a separate expansion battery is that it isn't all that heavy to move once it is unplugged from the F2600, and then you can roll the main unit anywhere you wish, or pick it up if you can lift 67 pounds. The onboard LED light is a Great addition, and is also controllable from the APP, as is the ability to shut down the A/C outlets for long term storage, or if you are trying to extend run times of a refrigerator in the case of a days long power outage. I have charged my cell and also my laptop from the usb ports without issue. I have also used my Fluke infrared scanner to monitor temperatures of the F2600 as well as the expansion battery, while under load and it runs fairly cool with the highest temperature seen at 93 degrees. This F2600 is Very Quiet at loads under 1000 watts you can hardly hear the fans. I would expect that to change based on ambient temperatures and loads. GREAT JOB ANKER! Since I am planning to use this as a UPS when there are power outages which seem to happen frequently in my area of California, I am planning to install a 10 circuit Transfer switch. I chose the Reliance 310A as well as the flush mount kit to place it into the wall near my breaker panel. This is the way to go if you want to be safe, and not rely on heavy 12 gauge extension cords. I will be able to selectively power many circuits and alternate loads. I do plan to have this installed by a licensed electrician. All in all since my furnace is gas, as is my range, this will hopefully do what I want. I am planning to use the RV plug to an adapter pigtail that bridges the single hot line out of the unit to two legs of a twist lock 10 gauge extension cable to the transfer switch as it has 2 buss bars which both need to receive power. I will most likely post a follow up after everything is done.

Well built
I like the easy to move around handle, I like the app that allows control and monitor but it's unstable and requires constant rediscover to the unit. O have checked the output but had not to fully use yet, I guess time will tell. The panels are a little flimsy but it does the job on a slow charging.

Perfect for a home backup setup
I bought this as a backup in case of a power outage. I bought the 400w solar panel as well so it can be recharged off the grid. No issues so far. Clearly well made.

ANKER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If you get a defective Anker SOLIX F2600 Portable Power station product, you should return it and get your money back. DO NOT REQUEST A REPLACEMENT! Anker’s customer service and response is terrible and there is no follow. up, not even an email. They never sent me the replacement and claimed they did. After many hours on the phone, they provided a delivery photo that was NOT of my house. I since have requested a refund and still waiting after 6 weeks to get my money back. ANKER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Box Empfehlenswert jedoch Lieferung schwierig
