I had originally purchased a different phone holder but it didn’t meet my needs and returned it. I gave feedback as to why - too bulky. Customer service responded and suggested this one. I purchased it and LOVE IT! I have since bought 5 more for family and friends who commented on it when they got in my car. (They now love it too) It is reasonably priced, easy to use, and doesn’t take up space. All you see is your phone- no bulky, pointy, extending frames. HIGHLY recommend. Customer service was great too! You have to have a flat phone case to use it.

Easy to install, just peel and stick. Metal piece for phone is flat so you don't even notice. I had a nite eyz prior and loved it but the phone attachment was thicker a little obtrusive. This mount get it off the dash board and super flexible, only complaint is you need to grab the mount itself to change the angle it doesn't move with the phone only the magnet is not strong enough, but not a huge deal and once you get it set where you want it. It holds the position well. Good affordable product.

Love the way it looks, and found a perfect flat surface just below/left of volume knob on my 2017 prius. However, there are some positions where the ball is not as tight and the phone wont stay in the set position. Ball pivot should be a little tighter and consistent on any angle.

Directions said leave for 48 hours before use which I did and I placed my phone after the time was done and it continued to fall . I did not see any help by buying this .

I would like to add that I have been contacted by the customer service to resolve the issue I am having with this product, and seems like other people have been successful, so I would like to raise my rating. Customer service is committed to their customers. Original post: Absolutely useless. The magnet is strong but too bad the adhesive doesn’t stick to anything. It won’t stick to the textured plastic dashboard many cars have and the smooth surface has to be completely flat, and even then most phones are to heavy for this thing to stay up. I followed the instructions and put it up, holding in place for about 20 seconds and a minute later if fell off by itself. I was so excited to try it but unless you plan to super glue this thing to your car I wouldn’t recommend it.

My husband and I are both impressed with this product. It holds our heavy iPhone 8 plus and iPhone 7, no problem. The joints are great- I can get the perfect angel with no hassle. The magnet sticks to the back of my phone case and I can't believe the strength of it- it will never come loose from the holder unless I pull it off. It conveniently comes with multiple adhesives and two magnets in case I make a mistake with installation or my husband wants to use it, too. I am so glad I went with this product.

I have had the device now only a couple weeks and it is working perfectly. Using an iPhone 6s Plus it holds the phone vertically without movement. I put the metal disk on the outside of the case. I tried it on the inside but it didn’t work well thru the thicker case. I have the device stuck to the side of the vinyl dash and it is holding perfectly. I let the sticky glue pad set for a good 24 hours before using it. Would definitely purchase again. I will update if anything changes.

This is not a good product the magnet is not strong enough to hold a phone up and the stand also has trouble sticking even after cleaning the dash with alcohol.
