My mother has loved Red Door since I was a little girl. A little pricey, but so worth it to see her happy.

I love Red Door perfume so I though I would like the powder. This smells great, can't say it smells like the perfume but it is complimentary. The box has a nice puff and a sifting mesh divider. What I don't like is the powder is not as fine as talc. It doesn't feel as smooth and slick. It also doesn't stick to my skin as well and I end up with powder everywhere. 11/20/23 Update, I learned how to use the sifter better. It works well to pick up the powder. I shake the box first to level the powder under the sifter, then I just press the puff a bit harder thru the sifter and pick up an even amount of powder on the puff. I really like that the powder has some sparkles in it. I also learned to use the puff to rub in the power rather than dusting with it. This smooths it out and causes most of the powder to stick to my skin. I updated my rating from 4 to 5. This is now one of my favorite dusting powders.

I have given my reviews here on Amazon re: Red Door Eau De Parfume and how Fantastic it smells! Since I started wearing it years ago - I have always gotten such FANTASTIC and constant compliments on HOW GOOD I SMELL! I decided that since I get so many compliments on how good I smell that I would always wear this Perfume and not waste my money on anything else...(though I have on some "other" EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE perfumes. When I have worn "other" perfumes I noticed that I didn't get the constant compliments...so why bother? For example - when shopping or when I used to work at a Country Club people ALWAYS asked me WHAT ARE YOU WEARING?!! Men are always asking me and they even take out a piece of paper and write it down so they could buy it for their significant other. My mother has now been buying and wearing Red Door because my father would always tell me how good I smell and would ask me what was I wearing! Because I LOVE Red Door and how fantastic it smells I decided to buy ALL the other products of the same scent and try them out too. This Red Door Body Powder is FANTASTIC and it smells so yummy - not to mention how SMOOTH AND SILKY if feels on my skin. I don't wear it during the day because of the soft white finish on my body but what I love to do is wear it in the evening before I put my nightgown or pajamas on. Like the Red Door Body Lotion it also smells fantastic and leaves a beautiful silky feel on my skin. Before I go to bed I like to shower with my Red Door Shower Gel, put the lotion on and then finish it with the Body Powder so I feel and smell so good during the night. The lotion soaks right in to your skin and there is NO GREASY feel to it! So putting the powder on afterwards works out well. And my husband has said he LOVES the way I SMELL and FEEL too and that is always good to hear!

Love the smell! Product size is big and worth the price. Unfortunately, quite a bit of the product has spilled out in the packaging and made an even bigger mess when opened. It also has a bit of sparkle to it which you may or may not want.
