This is the best quality vitamin D that I’ve been able to find. It’s a small pill with a good dosage. They also make a vitamin K. You can take with it to make it more effective.

A little more pricey compared to the drug stores. But no comparison to quality, strength, and absorption. My PA highly recommended this brand and strength, and can tell the deference.
