If you're looking for a firm pillow, this isn't it. While it's not firm, it's fluffy and comfortable, just like a hotel pillow! It supports my head well enough. I don't wake up with neck stiffness like my old firm pillow. You're experience may vary. I just know it's like sleeping on a cloud. Yes, that's cliche, I know lol it's just that comfortable and soft. I may buy some more just to have them on standby.

I needed pillows for my Airbnb and these were recommended by a friend. I love them because they're not too tall/fluffy. I gave it four stars because my husband like the fluffy tall pillows and he is sitting next to me while I write this. Anyway, I am keeping one of the two pillows for myself : )

They are thick enough and very soft.

I usually buy thick, dense pillows. These are very soft and fluffy so I was sure they would be returned. How wrong I was! I’m still not quite used to the different feel as I fall asleep, but for the first time in years, I’ve entered the deep sleep stage that has eluded me. I’ll definitely keep using these. I sleep both on my back and sides.

A waste of money, to my taste. Flimsy at best. They did arrive well packaged. I would return them if I could repackage them. Too difficult.Will probably use them as sham inserts or donate them.

I’m a person who sleeps with stuffed animals at night, and this pillow is awesome to snuggle with. Love it. Soft and fluffy and also firm enough for neck and head comfort
