Great gift for a crafty kid!
This is a great gift for any crafty kid!It comes with the glue, little stones/gems/tiles, a picture frame (plastic rather then glass, which is preferred). Our little one loved making her own picture frame, she spent a lot of time planning it and then gluing it all in place. Nanny took her to get her favourite picture printed- of course the cat and dog, not her parents!100% would recommend, either for a rainy day project, a birthday party gift or just a fun thing to do.Decent quality too!

Crafty Project
This set had everything you needed to complete the project and was very fun and simple to make. Its instructions are easy to follow for my 6 year old and item is true to size, easily fit the photo size suggested. My only critism is that some of the rocks/stones were a bit small for my child to handle and therefore it was a bit fiddly.

Fun and useful! My 4 year old loved this so much
We probably have too many photo frames in our house, but I love photos, I love having actual printed copies of them and I won’t stop buying photo frames ok?! Ok… so, yeah I got this, because:1. Reasons above2. I love the idea of my little boy doing something different, and this felt so dramatically different to the other bits we do as a family, and I loved the idea of him making his own photo frame, choosing his own picture that he wanted in it, and then putting it up in his bedroom! So, here is my review based on all of that…First of all, what do you get in the kit? Well, funny you should ask, as I was just about to write, here’s what you get:A wooden photo frame, with a plastic inlay (it’s not glass - because safety). Lots and lots of different shapes and coloured gems. Some glue. A small plastic plate and then some gloves. The idea being that you take the gems, dab a little bit of glue onto the back of them, and then stick them anywhere on the photo frame that your little heart desires - Then once you’ve got to the point where you feel like you’re done, simply let the whole thing dry, pop your picture of choice inside, and voilà! A new photo frame to add to your collection of million photo frames that you already have around the house. Job done! What I really like about this… and don’t get me wrong, I am insanely proud of every single thing that my little boy brings home from nursery or makes, etc… but sometimes, you don’t always want it out in the house… whereas this, this has an actual use, and the purpose, so not only is it fun to do, but the end result actually gets used! And that for me is brilliant, I can’t fault this at all - based on my experience with this and how much fun, my little boy had doing this, I would thoroughly recommend this kit.

Crafting made memorable
Having recently spent a weekend crafting with my niece, the delight in her eyes was proof enough of the kit's charm. The selection of colorful stones offered a rainbow to choose from, sparking her creativity. It was a hands-on experience that pulled her away from screens, a rare feat these days. The wooden frame provided a solid base for her to work on, while the finger cots saved us from sticky situations. It’s not just a craft; it’s a memory in the making. The finished product now proudly exhibits her favourite family photo. It’s a refreshing touch to her room and a testament to her creativity.

Quality crafting kit
We love craft kits in our house and we've enjoyed lots in the past. This mosaic photo frame kit is lovely. It comes complete with everything you need. The mosaic tiles are lovely and I particularly like that you don't get sharp pieces like you do in some other mosaic kits. The only thing for me that I wasn't 100% sure on was the glue and I actually replaced with our pva glue. There are warnings on the back of the glue but the writing is so small that it's very tricky to read them. The kit does come with finger protectors but this made me feel like it was a glue that I wasn't 100% sure I wanted my 7 year old to use so we used pva and that worked great. For an older child or adult I'd feel more comfortable using the glue provided. With that being said it's an activity that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed and as I've mentioned the mosaic pieces themselves are lovely and give a great final product. Would make a lovely creative gift.

Fun craft with a pretty & useful end product
In the kit you get:- a wooden photo frame with a thin child-safe clear-plastic bit instead of glass. Honestly, I think if it were made of glass it would make the finished product a little nicer, but I can see how using plastic is safer for kids.- irregular shapes colourful stones - I think they're made of crystals and gemstones - or glass - I'm not sure, but I don't think they're made of plastic because they feel cold to the touch.- Glue- A small plastic plate to put the stones in, and small finger-gloves.The craft comes with instructions but it's pretty self-explanatory - just glue on the gems onto the frame to make a pretty, colourful frame.I like that it creates a useful gift that many people would be happy to have around the house, unlike a lot of craft kits where the end result is not as attractive or useful. An enjoyable activity and a fun introduction to mosaic art for all ages.
