You first must Eliminate excessive daily oil consumption of any type "good or bad". Mostly animal fats purify during elimination thru skin pores. Take 1 neem capsule and 1 turmeric powder capsule every morning first thing on an empty stomach with a full glass of tepid water. You'll see If the system doesn't intake animal fats or even excessive processed organic vegetable oils, then it doesn't have to try to remove it thru the largest organ of elimination (the skin). What goes in the mouth hole has to come out, hence pushing putrid oil filled with the waste by products of digestion will get clogged in the pores causing greater localized putrification. This is a boil or pimple or acne ect. I hope you change your diet, instead of looking for supplements to mask the symptoms of a poor diet. Please fast regularly as well for the most healthly life.🙏

I never had any facial reaction, I have been two capsules of neem and two capsules Of turmeric similar strength , on empty stomach early in the morning, for better digestion. I no longer have stomach discomfort. I strongly recommend this combo
